Excellent product, luxury quality and great value for money. The design is unique and the locker saves your day. It was delivered within the anticipated timeframe. Anti theft i dont think so !!!
Well made rucksack but as for the anti theft title.Utter nonsense.Any rucksack with zips on the back are a target for thieves fullstop.I ordered this in error and ended up buying a rucksack with absolutely no zips on the back.

Always Looking for a Great Bag
I'm on the eternal search for a great backpack. This is it. Ample space. I love that it's pickpocket-proof but that very benefit makes it a little bit of a hassle to open the bag multiple times throughout the day, but such is life.

I love my new anti theft backpack!
I love my new anti theft backpack. It’s well made, the zippers are smooth, the padding is nice and thick, and it’s so comfortable. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the zipper is still somewhat visible along the top edge when worn. The back pack needs an under stitch along the opening to help keep the flange flat.

Bad experience with the product Macchiaso.
Good evening,
I bought the Macchiaso backpack and I noticed that when I use it (inside there are my laptop, my wallet and some small items) the zip is not covered by the top of the bag. We can see the zip and if it is raining, the bag is not waterproof anymore.
However, I bought this product because one of its characteristics is to be waterproof (to protect my laptop). So I cannot use it when it is raining...
I note that there is a difference between the marketing does for this backpack and its use.
I am disappointed by the product.

We are truly sorry that our product did not meet your expectations. This is the first time we have this type of complaint. The fabric that is above the zipper needs ti be pulled over to cover the zipper.
Regarding the marketing, in the product description it is mentioned several times that the backpack it is made with water repellent fabric, which doesn’t mean the bag is waterproof, which is a totally different feature that our products don’t have at the moment.
Please accept our sincere apologies if somehow we caused any confusion.
You can return the bag to us we will issue a refund straight away.
