not received order 301-0059078-6309734 …
not received order 301-0059078-6309734 tracking shows received at Evri delivery depot 11 sept. confusing notification saying delivery delayed. no further notifications. Tried to raise complaints with Evri and M&S, no responses. Have received an email 19 Sept asking me to review this order I have not received!! It s sad to see this once iconic and respected brand to fallen to such depths.
Worst online in uk.
M&S online shopping / order from in store till for men’s clothing is a disgrace the length of time for order delivery while ALL BIG SHOP SITES NORMALLY DISPATCHED YOUR ORDER WITHIN 48 hours M&S ARE Disgustingly SLOW PLACED THIS ORDER SUNDAY AND NOW THURSDAY SITE SAYING DISPATCHED Evri saying they have still to collect but will be with me on Saturday this is SHOCKINGLY SLOW STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE TO SAVE ANGUISH JUST READ REVIEWS I WISH I HAD BEFORE ORDERED this order 302-0059243-9158926. By the time it arrives it will be too late for the purpose intended.
Woeful online experience
Website still disgracefully clunky with pages taking many seconds (ten maybe - like dial-up, remember that?) to move to next page with jerky hiccoughs, greyed out screen and jumps up and down/back and forth. Too many items being shown as being out of stock online. Or, I go to checkout and an item in basket is now out of stock. By the time I go back to order something else which is apparently in stock - get to checkout and it's no longer in stock. Got so fed up I simply crashed out of the site leaving it all unpurchased. We've been very patient these last months M&S but enough is enough. It's all very well crowing in the national press how well you're doing with new styles and all, but this is intolerable.
Quality of products terrible very poor
Quality of products terrible very poor. The customer service is non existence upon trying to get any help on the tat of a bra they sold me. Will no longer be shopping here. Worse quality than Primark. Had no idea they are a ruthless company who shut you down if you try dare to contact customer services.
Excellent customer service
Turned up today to Marks and Spencer in Shrewsbury expecting to find a travel bureau but I had not read the online information correctly as I should have ordered my currency online and collected it from the click and collect section. The 2 assistants I originally spoke to didn't just tell us there wasn't a bureau but spoke to another assistant to check if we could still order online from the store today to save us having to come back on another day. I wanted to get the better rate as well via our sparks card. Despite the fact that this third assistant was due to go home she found out that we could do the order from the shop and helped us do it. She also found 2 more assistants at the click and collect to carry out the transaction. All the assistants were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly and after helping us wished us a happy holiday. Would definitely get our holiday currency from them again. Thank you to everyone who helped us today.

Renewal quote £70 more expensive than…
Renewal quote £70 more expensive than if I was a new customer, Called and spoke to customer service, nothing they could do. Why do companies to this!
Sparks Loyalty Card is still not working properly since cyber attack. Still waiting for free hot drink reward to be uploaded.
My Sparks account is still indicating: “1 stamp away from a free hot drink” despite purchasing 3 hot drinks using my Sparks Card at M&S, St George’s Hospital, Tooting in June 2025.
When I telephoned Customer Services about the problem, I was advised that they are still working on resolving ongoing issues following the cyber attack and to keep my receipts for submission in the future.
This slow pace and progress is not acceptable for a large and well established company like M&S. You have been overly slow to resolve your cybersecurity issues and links to my loyalty card.
Your customers have been very patient for a long time. Guess what? As my Sparks loyalty card is failing to upload the agreed rewards for my purchases of hot drinks, I am now buying our coffees and other hot drinks elsewhere!
And I will continue to buy our hot drinks from the many other outlets around until I receive notification that the problem has been resolved.
Shrinkflation in food
The shrinkflation at Marks and Spencers is ridiculous. Not only are they Increasing their prices rapidly in their food department, but they are making their portions smaller, particularly in fish and chicken. Just count how many scampi there are now compared to a year ago in a package, and the size of the chicken breaded scallops. This is very underhand, they hope their customers don't notice. But I do! And I'm sure others do as well.
Unbearable heat
I went in to marks spencerbb ch today pantheon and the heat was unbearable had to leave every other shop on Oxford street has air conditioning

Really disappointed they haven't got it together!
Really disappointed they haven't got it together after their cyber attack! Went to the store in Maidstone Eclipse Park. Hardly anything in sizes 10-14! I wanted the Summer Beauty Bag and they had already sold out, why had they not got more stock in as you can't order this online! In fact why have they just not got more stock overall knowing Customers haven't been able to order online up to now! Even online they haven't marked stock as unavailable so you order and then told it's unavailable! Losing faith in the brand!
What happened to this brand
What happened to this brand? They now produce cheaper ill-fitting clothes and sell at more expensive prices, that's what happened. Clothes shrink after first wash, have absolutely no stretch in the material. I used to buy a lot from here, but I wont be coming back again. They will go the way a lot of companies do when they try this kind of thing, and I'll bet we'll see them decline over the years to come due to these poor decisions.
Wonderful service
Wonderful service
I was in and out of store looking for a sandwich platter for a picnic. I was told to buy online but that process didn’t work so I tried one more time and asked in-store Andria and Adolina at the Wimbledon branch were so kind and helpful that I managed to pick up the platter this morning with great communication from them. Well done M&S for having such helpful staff.
Don't shop until cyber rubbish sorted!
MS Havant refused to refund my online clothes order from 2 weeks ago today. The system says I haven't collected the item because MS failed to protect their systems. Now they're refusing to hand back my £80. Don't trust them. The same could apply to shop purchases tomorrow. I had the clothes & the original delivery bag. This is an issue of their own making. Pissing off life long MS shoppers is a big mistake. F&F in tesco had some lovely cotton dresses today!

signed up for FREE tea deal only to find after I completed the questionnaire that it was free only after I had paid shipping. If I don't have it it 's not free.
Great Customer Service via chatbot
Ordered the 100 daffodils bouquet for Mother's Day. They arrived ok. Although I wasn't impressed for what I had paid. I thought they would look better when they bloomed. Most of them didn't even open from buds but died on the bud. However I contacted Customer Services through chatbot and then live chat providing photos and was given a refund immediately. So great customer service
M and s just seem to sell other companies clothes
I always loved looking for clothes for the whole family and purchasing mostly M and S items.
Per Una always used to be that bit different with some beautiful boho clothing, Now this can be quite boring.
The children's clothes are not as many by M and S and they now use other companies to fill their online pages and the dresses look the same year after year. The school uniform has always been great so I will still buy this but c'mon M and S get your sparkle back.
Sustainable jeans. Returned to Store 28/02/2025
Recently bought a pair of black sustainable jeans for £45 (the most I have ever paid for jeans. They looked very scruffy after washing. Took them back to Aylesbury branch and spoke to Manager. She was very unhelpful and asked if I had washed them separately and inside out. I answered no as I have always washed jeans with other washing and not singularly inside out. She was not interested then. I said they were no use looking like they did and she said give them to someone else which I would never do looking like they did. I then left them in store ! Realised now I should have sent them to Head Office for comments.!!!! Think the Manager's attitude was wrong. So if you like to look smart don't buy these
Jeans!!!!
Shocking low availability of mens clothes...........
Shocking low availability of mens clothes!
I have noticed that rarely do M&S stock wide men's shoes, men's "long" shirts, jackets and trousers in store. Online, the items are even rarer than hen's teeth as they are always out of stock. I found this at Christmas too. Generally, I find clothes are constantly out of stock and recently I have found collecting online goods ordered for in-store collection is taking longer and longer.
M&S need to get their act together. You're advertising on TV and on social media but that's useless if you have no stock!
