Hi Veggie Confetti, this is such a shame to hear via TrustPilot. Did you reach out to our support team? If not I will look into this for you today because we very rarely have any issues like this. Our packaging is designed to allow the mushrooms to keep hold of their moisture but not to sweat. usually if you air them for half an hour in the fridge they are prefect. I will follow this up today for you.

Our only difficulty is that there are only two of us. We have to work to get through the minimum sized order within a few days. Mushrooms are wonderful, but not at EVERY meal :-).

We have loads or recipes on the website, some are quick to do like the KFC fried oysters and steak baguettes - Please give them a go! Better than eating meat every day but taste super :)))

Just received my second delivery from Mark's Mushrooms, and will definitely be back for more! As a small business owner myself I prefer to buy from other snall businesses, the personal customer service is impeccable and it's obvious the team take great pride in their products. I love wild mushrooms but haven't a clue about foraging them, these chaps take all the guesswork out. Absolutely top quality mushrooms, delivered in excellent condition, generous sized boxes- I'll be freezing and drying some. Really appreciate being able to choose my delivery date for maximum freshness. The oysters and winter chanterelles went down very well for a special dinner last month, and I'm really looking forward to trying the maitake and hedgehog mushrooms. Hoping to see different varieties as the season progresses!

Fabulous quality
Fabulous quality, cook really well, and a long shelf life if you store correctly, definitely will reorder. The flavours are amazing, I won't go back to buying small punnets in supermarkets.
