The product is total rubbish nothing like the advertised product, cheap and nasty total misrepresentation, a scam outfit for sure. I’ll report to Facebook they should not allow such garbage to be advertised.

Hopefully can stop future customers being misled and conned.

Disgusting company ,sent me the wrong product ,wanted to send back ,but they give you a story that it would be to expensive to send back ,so your left with an item you will throw in the bin iv better quality tea towels in my kichen than what i got ,they gave me 2.99 back off of the 29.99 i spent ,its a scam do not buy ,you have been warned

This business needs shutting down. Scam !

Bought a dress where the description was linen , was it he’ll like linen when it arrived .
Cheap and nasty some sort of poly mixture .
Sent a picture as requested , order number etc and got a reply back telling me it will be £30 to return it overseas , which is exactly what I paid . So I now have a dress fit for the dustbin to return waited cost £30 so that would be £60 I have spent to get a return of £30 .
How do these people get away with doing this ?

This is a scam and the worry is that this company has numerous trading names who all advertise online.
They are based in China and they are virtually impossible to contact. They work on a set format. Advertise quality products at a cheap price, supply cheap rubbish, make it impossible to return and pocket your money.

Scam - wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Not a UK based company. Total fraud

I can’t rate this company I bought trousers and they’re the most horrible thing I have ever bought. I wouldn’t wear them to weed my garden in. And I don’t know how to return them, there are no return instructions in the packet.

Order to Marlow York; Order arrive both items ; flat cap looks very good but tiny fit, also shirt to small & cheap quality ; tried as suggested on site to contact on several. Occasion s no reply.
Also other site used on face book many of this type of adds all seemingly in Uk. But in china All same .do. Not be fooled give them a miss. Avoid if you don’t want to be scammed. I’ve lost over£40

I ordered a dress of this Marlow york UK yesterday priced at £26.99 when I looked at my confirmation they had changed me £84.99 I emailed and messaged them back as soon as possible telling them that they have changed me for 3 dresses instead of one hours later, I got a email back apologizing for the mix up with my order and asking for my order number and they would sort it so I did.No one has got back to me I now know this is a scam as my order is coming from China not the UK I am fuming

Totally echo all the other reviews here - this company needs to be taken down.
Took so long for the item to arrive, I had completely lost interest.
Hadn’t read these reviews first which was a huge oversight!
Total rubbish , cheap nasty material, poor shaping and too big!
The website tells you they accept returns up to 30 days and says you are responsible for cost. They don’t tell you it’s about £30 going back to Asia, but hey you can get a 10% refund and keep the item - wow🤦‍♀️

Terrible quality that doesn't in any way, look like the advertised picture. My Dad really wanted this shirt and despite reading him the reviews , he still went ahead - It was terrible and went straight in the bin.
Don't buy anything from this company.

The company use a marketing tactic, they call themselves Marlowyork to make people think they are established English company. Marlow and York are well known English towns with heratige. The company is most like Chinese.I ordered two items, they arrived, cheap fabric, poor construction, couldn’t be bothered to return.Will keep as proof of the poor quality. Save your money stay away.

Placed to orders today less than 12 hours ago. Recieved an email straight away saying there is a delay and offering 10% discount. Wish I had read the reviews first. I have messaged the company asking to cancel but told my order has been processed?? Asked if they were a UK company and they have yet to answer?? Think this is cheap imported products from a firm saying they are in the UK with a photo of an English Shop on their website!!

I ordered a Henley shirt.
Eventually came after two weeks.
Thought I was ordering from a UK company.
Absolute garbage quality.
Not even going to try getting a refund after reading reviews on here.

If ordering from Facebook always check on Trust Pilot first.

Finally I’ve received my order, what a disappointment.
Two tops supposed to be the same type but different colours - NO!
The tops are different fabrics, neither is good quality.
This company is a front for one in China, even one star is too high. Do not waste your time and money. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ordered two pair of summer shorts - now as depicted - shoddy quality - no return process.
Pretends to be a UK company but is Chinese based
That will teach me not to check with TrustPilot before using a new supplier.......

Still trying to chase an order - absolutely terrible service. I'm not sure if this is a rip-off but now I am unable to contact them at all! I would nebvver go to this company again - surely, trading standards have them under inspection? AWFUL COMPANY

I thought I was buying a dress from UK, but it was shipped & made in Chine. Terrible service - took over 2 weeks to be delivered, the product stated a cotton & linen blend but it turned out to be polyester & spandex! The sewing is terrible and not worth the money. Website looks nice, so thought I was buying a good quality product, but this was not the case. Very disappointed!

I have requested a refund, so waiting confirmation on how long this will take!
