I want this to be an honest and trustworthy review. I just came back from Marmara Smile and my experience from start to finish had been exceptional. From from the first moment I inquired about getting a quote from their clinic about getting dental work done. She explained all the materials they would be using and they are of the utmost quality. And Everytime I had a question she was sure to answer in a timely matter. Sometimes wasn't right away but have to realize the time change from where I live is nine hrs different but as soon as she could she answered every question I had even though I may have asked the same question multiple times with the same care as first time I asked the question. When I arrive at the clinic on my first day I was welcomed with a smile and how my flight was and if I needed anything before start such as a drink or anything. The rest of the staff are just as kind and welcoming. The dental surgeon is kind and very well trained and experienced in dental surgery I had all on 6 top and bottom arches and everything was carried out in a very professional mannor in a clean and modern facility. And the doctor that fitted my temporary prosthesis was very professional and soft handed placing the bridges over the implants and made sure I was totally happy with the bite and fit even though they stayed later in the night to ensure everything was perfect they used the same professionalism as when I first walked in. I can't wait to go back to see their team again and get my final teeth. If you are like me a very anxious person when it comes to dentistry I highly recommend Marmara Smile and everyone on their team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything and my brand new smile.

I had an amazing experience with Marmara Smile. The team was patient, attentive, and truly listened to every detail I wanted. I would highly recommend Marmara Smile! From the coordinator experience to the experience with the doctors, everyone was very caring. I got a simple teeth cleaning and whitening and the way they took care of me was very intentional. They didn’t push additional services on me, just let me know what else I could do if I was interested. My sister needed a bit more work than me and they listened to her MANY adjustments (the girl is quite particular) and made sure that she was happy- they never complained or caught an attitude, they were just interested in listening and understanding what it was that she was asking for. Overall 10/10 experience

My experience with this clinic has been extremely disappointing. I received three implants, two on the upper jaw and one on the lower jaw and the quality of the work is far below what I expected. The two upper implants were restored with one single fused crown, which makes proper cleaning almost impossible. This is not acceptable for implant treatment and creates long-term hygiene and maintenance problems.

The lower implant crown also has a serious flaw: I cannot pass dental floss at all because something is blocking the space. This is the second time I have had this problem with a crown made by this clinic, which shows poor precision, poor finishing, and a lack of proper quality control.

What makes things even worse is the clinic’s attitude. I contacted them with clear and legitimate concerns, but I received no reply for more than a week. No one took the time to explain anything during the treatment, even though these issues involve expensive and long-term treatments. I was also promised a dental cleaning, which was never done (3 minutes, brushing was done... Instead).

It is very clear to me that this clinic is money-driven, not patient-driven. Once they receive your payment, the level of care and communication drops dramatically. They treat patients more like sources of income than people who need proper medical attention.

I also witnessed another case in my family: my cousin came with me to Istanbul and asked for a simple expertise. Instead of addressing her existing periodontitis, they immediately suggested destroying healthy teeth to create a bridge, an unnecessary and aggressive solution.

Based on all of this, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, questionable treatment decisions, and money-first approach are unacceptable, especially for such serious dental procedures.
I am aware of my complaints, as I immediately consulted an appropriate dentist afterwards, as I had serious doubts, which I expressed in the clinic. I regret choosing this dental clinic, which was recommended to me by a friend.

Not to mention, they asked me for a 5-star review before even finishing the treatment. But not this time. Instead, I will file an official complaint with the health authorities in Istanbul.

Please learn from my experience and stay away from this dental clinic.

P.S. You'd wonder why I accepted it. I was alone in the country, I didn't speak the language, expressing myself only in English which seems for most of them there an issue, as they poorly understand and they asked me to come for the final treatment in the evening before leaving the country. I preffered to stay silent till I ask a proper specialist for advice. I know now, I will never trust again a Turkish dental clinic and an unexperienced friend.... Never trust what they present on Instagram or Facebook.

I helped a family member research the best dental clinic, and after a lot of consideration, we chose this one mainly because of Dr Ahmed’s impressive credentials. That gave us the confidence to move forward, and we’re so glad we did.

The care from the entire team has been exceptional. They treat each patient with genuine attention and professionalism. Dr Matt, who performed the procedure, was highly skilled and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.

The final results look amazing, completely natural and exactly what we hoped for. Special thanks to Yasser, who coordinated everything so efficiently and provided thoughtful post-care support, which made a big difference.

I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for high quality dental work, experienced professionals, and honest pricing.

A few tips if you're planning to go:
• Have a clear idea of the look you want, including the shape and the shade of white you prefer
• Bring a loved one for support and honest feedback
• Have some pain relief ready and give yourself time to rest after your appointment
• Saltwater rinses (if advised by your dentist) can help with healing
