Hi, please don’t buy anything from this company because you’re not gonna get two items either the man back that happened to me. When they respond after a week after sending so many emails, they said that it’s not their problem. I need to contact the company that they do the delivery, she didn’t even send me a phone number. Then I emailed back I said of course is your problem because I paid to you not your delivery company they really don’t care so no money back no item please do not buy from this company and they haven’t got a phone number and there is very hard for them to reply after the week after sending at least 5 emails is a joke

The company is an absolute ripoff.Beware don’t have anything to do with them,they are a scam!

Like other people on here I too was scammed when buying a pair of trainers advertised as Hoka (with a photo of Hoka trainers). What I received were cheap Noka ones. It would have cost so much to send them back to China it wasn’t worth it. They’re a dishonest company.

The customer service is appalling. The website is deliberately designed in a way that it is easy to click by mistake and order extra products you don’t want!! Then nobody replies to your mail when you try to cancel! It is an absolute disgrace!

This company is a total scam. Paid a reasonable price for some HOKA running shoes as clearly displayed on their website and in the order paperwork. They delivered a pair of NOKA cheap fake copies. Tried to return to the return address on the packaging but told I had to send them to China at my expense which would cost more than the order value (I would have had to send recorded delivery in case they claimed not to have received them.
The items clearly were not sent from China as they arrived fairly quickly.
Tried to claim from Mastercard but they refused stating the company are entitled to ask me to return the items to any address they wish (even though the China address is not stated anywhere on their website nor in their returns policy)
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL SCAM and your credit card company will leave you high and dry

Since my last review, after threatening to open a case with Paypal, I received notification of dispatch with a tracking number, tracking has said for nearly a week now waiting to be collected by courier.When I queried this, I was sent a message saying it had been dispatched and on its way with tracking but this was for an order in America when I am in the UK. Please Please everybody do not use this company, they are a complete and utter mess and will take your money and drive you crazy, avoid at all costs.

Stay away from them. Market originals but ship out fakes. No joy with returns. Likely have a bot replying to emails too.

Do not use this company, I have waited over five weeks for my first order. They have refused to cancel the order and refund. The excuse is ‘order in transit’. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered Hoka running shoes but instead got fake shoes that say Noka and do ot fit so are useless. When I asked for a refund instead they offered 50% off my next purchase which was of no use as I will never use this company again. When I continued to ask for a refund I was told that I would have to return the item at my expense and was told that it would be £20 to £30 in postage and then I would have to pay customs and if it was not received within 28 days they would still not pay back my money. The companies address is in China. I do not believe I should have to pay for return of fake goods. Do not use this company. Have asked for postage label or for them to uplift and no refund has been received.

Waited many weeks for my order of two men's cotton shirts. They were pictured as a nice mid-green, tailored finish and cotton material. What eventually arrived was two very cheap-looking 100% nylon shirts in a sludgy army green. If they had cost £10 it might have been fair. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Bought a bomber jacket. Men’s size medium. Picture looked high quality. Paid extra for speedy processing. All I got was lots of information about where it was for the 4-5 weeks it took for it to arrive.
When the jacket arrived it was much poorer quality than the picture (the zip was particularly poor) and MUCH smaller than a medium. I’d say it was barely extra small!
They want somewhere between £20-£30 for a return to China!
Priced high enough so you don’t think it’s cheap rubbish from China but it absolutely is cheap rubbish from China.

Ordered shoes for my partner for Christmas. They sent the wrong size!!! Asked them to send the right size, was told that I had to send the shoes back to China and pay for the privilege of doing so. I explained that they should be paying to send the correct shoe size to me and pay for the return of the wrong sized shoes. They refused. After a lot of emails, they decided that I could keep the shoes + they would give me a 60pc voucher to redeem with my new order.....Then I read the reviews! Enough said.

I wish I had read the reviews for this site I could have saved myself £52. I Haven't received my order yet,but now don't expect it either. Lesson learned.

WARNING! Don't whatever you do, buy anything from MAROXE, who frequently advertise on Facebook. I bought HOKA trainers (a Dutch brand I love and trust) from what seemed to be a Dutch company. The parcel that arrived contained counterfeits called NOKA (not HOKA), which weigh less than a pair of Crocs and are huge, ugly and plasticky.

I emailed them and they firstly offered me 50% off my next purchase, then suggested I return them, not to Holland, but to China, and said I'd have to pay the postage (€30 +) and import taxes... Facebook should absolutely be protecting its clients from these scams by checking out advertisers and ensuring they're legitimate.

Would give 0 star if i could!
They sent me trainers which were not the ones i ordered
And to get a refund, I have to pay to return an item which l did not order
Avoid buying from buying as it's a scam!

Absolutely awful company.

Item not as described, so would like a refund, but customer service will only refund if send back to china at my cost, or give me a discount on future purchases - so very obviously useless for someone who won’t buy from them again.

Any reply is generic and repetitive, and won’t even give you a reference number for a complaint they apparently made on my behalf.

Wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing.

Avoid this company -numerous emails and tried to call to cancel an order after seeing the reviews .Too late ! They have not answered any emails and proceeded to send goods . The company is supposed to be in the Netherlands but tracking showed it was coming from China . The goods are poor quality and have sent emails to return but still no reply ? Have contacted credit card company to help me now . Do not deal with them .

These guys are a massive fraud. Sent me "NOKA" instead of HOKA. Also wrong size. Then expected me to pay 30 pounds to return to the fake factory in China or accept a 50% discount voucher for more fake stuff! I got a refund from the credit card company after I proved the fake and my attempts at addressing this with them and these guys contacted me to ask why I had gone to my credit card company! Absolutely avoid. Avoid avoid avoid

This website is a fraud. It was shown HOKA in their webpage but they sent NOKA which is fake. And when i wanted refund they said they will refund but i had to send it to my own expense. I sent it back it cost me £30 and it is from china. Its been 14 days and i have not been refunded. Please dont buy anything from this website.

It’s a scam! Stay away from them! Order Hoka shoes for £62 and got delivered Noka. Incredibly cheap quality and not wearable shoes. The shoes came inside a plastic bag! Stay away from these scammers!
