SCAM DO NOT ORDER. COUNTERFIET WEBSITE. REFUSING TO REFUND

Ordered pair of blue shoes size 42 (size 8 UK ) they sent grey shoes size 2.5 UK , I asked for a paid returns label , they said I had to send back to China at own cost, which I find unacceptable as it was their fault , the shoes were not cheap £39.99.
Looks like I will take a hit for the shoes.
Will not be using this company again , looks like I have been scammed.

The quality of the goods is poor and they do not reply to repeated inquiries about a return AVOID

What went wrong?, just about everything, I ordered a pair of shoes at £49, size 46.
They sent me one shoe size 42 and the other size 43, after that it just gets worse they offered me initially a 10% refund and discount if I wish to order from them again....then they started to slightly increase the refund it got as high as 50% , with a similar discount on my next order, not a chance.
You are expected to return the item to them at your expense, then they will inspect them and decide if they will refund you....
Reported them to Paypal, and they sorted it out.
Avoid Maroxe at all costs.
UPDATE, pursued a claim via Paypal, cash now refunded into my account.

Total Scam. Very poor quality goods. Avoid!!!!

They shipped me an item that looks nothing like the pictures and when I went to return they said its going to cost more to return due to shipping and customs back to China. They offered me a 50% voucher off my next purchase as if I want to ever order from this garbage company again. Pls avoid them total waste

This is not a trustworthy company, it is just made to look good so that you will order from them, I never received my order just the same standard / same email was sent to me when I complained, they wouldn't refund my money so I have had to contact my bank, hopefully I can get my money back this way, but it will take time I expect and I can't be doing with waiting for money back, especially at this time of the year when everyone is struggling. Avoid buying from MAROXE!

Ordered 2 pairs of orthopaedic shoes, they didn't arrive and I contacted the manufacturer who confirmed they do not supply this website supplier and the website is a scam.

How can Trustpilot have their name at the beginning of Maroxe website it give a false
Impression that they are not a scam, which is totally incorrect. I am an OAP and sent money to buy my son shoes£ 49.99 size 10.5 they sent size 8 after waiting for weeks then they have not sent me a return address or reimbursed me.
Just found an address in the Netherlands so risking returning the shoes no doubt I won’t get my payment returned

I ordered leather shoes but were plastic which arrived in a plastic bag instead of a box and squashed. They were unbranded but advertised as Atelier Verdi

Total scam. Ordered 2 cashmere jumpers that were actually cheap acrylic and very small. After constant emails back and forth they would not agree to pay return costs. Just offered 60 % off a future order. Kept repeating same standard email. Bank said i had to return in order to raise a claim. postage was £32. Will try and get this back too via bank. It said 5 star trustpilot review on website and insta page which i stupidly trusted as real.

Ordered a mini camera, not received.
Payment taken, no email confirmation of order or if the item has been delayed.

Maroxe sold me obviously fake product. Expensive Hoka shoes with huge Noka logo on the side. Fake fake fake! They know they are fake products, but still will not refund. Reported to police! Do not buy from this fraudulent company!

Ordered 2 sweaters and when they arrived they were way too small. I contacted customer services to return and was told they had to be returned to China at a cost of over 30 gbp. Offered me a 50% discount off my next order . I wouldn’t spend another penny with them. If I’d wanted tat I’d have gone to Temu

Got fake trainers despite buying Hoka’s and advertised as Hoka’s the trainers I got were Noka’s

Ordered Hoka trainers, sent “Noka” trainers. Definitely a knock off scam website. Avoid at all costs

Don't buy from them! It's a scam! Soon after I paid for a pair of running shoes Hoka (£60 supposedly on sale) the website was not functioning properly and it felt like it might not be legit. Company supposed to be from Netherlands but I got notifications with my package being send from China. I received a pair of Noka shoes in a plastic bag. I contacted them to ask for a refund but they want to offer me a 50% off discount code(not buying again from them, rip off).

On the website they’re showing hoka shoes but when you buy they sent noka shoes, they are a scam. I tried to return and the item they don’t want and they don’t want send the money back.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole …….. Advertise real trainers then send you fake ones , ABSOLUTELY SCAMMERS !!!!!

Like others, received NOKA fake trainers after about three weeks. Have emailed them but don't expect to hear back.
