Poor service and item not arrived
Ordered several weeks ago, no sign of the item. Slow responses to email queries that did not answer the question or were able to commit when it would be dispatched and delivered. I asked for it to be cancelled, it was half the price on Amazon and had very poor quality reviews - the answers was no!
