All I can is the service provided in our stay, planning sightseeing excursion, restaurant reservations and experiencing the nightlife was handled Marrakech Concierge.
Dherin has been very supportive and flexible with our plans not pressurising us and. Always encouraging us to provide constructive feedback.

What an amazing experience!
Hats of to Dhiren, was so accommodating and sorted out everything even last minute changes.
All the recommendations were bang on and the Villa was top notch, special mention to all the staff at the Villa!

Fantastic service all round. Very responsive to our groups' questions and took a flexible approach to our itinerary. On the last evening of our holiday, Dhiren came to see us and ensured our experience at the night club was of the top order, with a 5-star customer service. Will definitely use again!

Travelled to Morocco a few times but this was the first time we used Marrakech Concierge and i can't fault them. Dhiren and the team were amazing with booking anything we needed and were always on hand to help, will definitely be using them again in the future!

Initial contact with Dhiren and his team was a great experience, they made everything easy and was always available to speak on the end of phone.

Three days before we were supposed to fly out my father unfortunately passed away which meant we had to reschedule my trip.

Through-out the process they took care of everything with the rescheduling and made my life whole lot easier dealing with other matters.

The villa they provided for us was excellent and the pictures didn't do it justice.

Also the driver Adbul they arranged for us was excellent and he accomadated all our needs.

Would highly recommend using Dhiren and his team.

Thank you very much to Marrakech Concierge for helping us put together a great itinerary! They arranged restaurant bookings (and our amendments!), a driver, and another driver to pick us up from a different location in Morocco due to last minute flights cancellations to Marrakech(!). They arranged food and drinks to be available for us at our villa on arrival and overall our group of 8 women felt safe and very well looked after! Thanks so much.

We booked a partial business/holiday trip to the lovely city of Marrakech through MC, following a referral from a friend who had used MC in the past; and we were not disappointed.

From the start Dhiren was brilliant in helping us find the right accommodation, arranging travel, setting out an itinerary for each day which included everything you could imagine from breakfast, lunch, dinner, night life, tours, taxis, shopping etc etc.

The accommodation (a 4 bed apartment) was amazing, absolutely 5 star. We enjoyed the trip immensely and cannot thank Dhiren and his team enough. Dhiren was on hand at all times to help with any queries and he also took time out to meet us in Marrakech, what a stand up guy. Oh and the taxi driver what a great guy always there for us, we would have been lost without him !

I have been to Marrakech before, however this trip was by far the best all thanks to the MC team.

If you are looking to go to Marrakech book through Marrakech Concierge, trust me you will have a great time and you will save money and time in the City.

If I could I would be giving 6 stars. Dhiren we will be back to you guys soon to book again (ps I found my electric toothbrush in my luggage, thanks for looking in the apartment) Thanks to all the team for the great memories made.

If you're ever planning a trip to Marrakech, always always ALWAYS book with Marrakech Concierge. I had the pleasure of liaising with Dhiren who was professional and efficient in booking all our night outs, dinners and activities. He always reached out everyday to see if me and my group were OK and needed anything. Great customer service, I had an issue with one activity, I got in touch with Dhiren right away and he resolved the problem within 5mins. Couldn't recommend enough! Had a great time in Marrakech all thanks to Dhiren and his team.

An amazing stay last week at Palmeraie dar Atlas from start to finish with a family of 3 young kids….This place has definitely left a mark on us!

Outstanding villa experience…the manager/hosts were so warming and friendly and were quick to attend to any queries or problems (if hardly any)…outstanding breakfast/dinner service with warm, friendly and trustworthy waiters and maids…the cleaning and laundry service was superb…great places recommended to us for food and entertainment with kids for the occasional evenings when venturing out…amazing on-site facilities from the pool to the trampoline to the table tennis court to the basketball net..absolute heaven for our children!

Not forgetting our lovely, heart-warming driver who was always on time for pick ups and drop offs..

The best time in Marrakech had by all and we will be back for sure! ☀️

Dhiren was super helpful in organising and arranging our trip for 9 people for us. This was our first time to Marrakech and he was knowledgeable and provided guidance for things to go smoothly. He helped us with our villa booking and the reservations and ensured our trip was enjoyable from start to finish.

Amazing service with a lot of detail. The team hooked us up with a killer one of a kind villa. All the restaurant and lounge selections were on point. Drivers, cooks, servers, and house staff were some of the best. Follow up on any issues, concerns, challenges, and changes was supper quick.
