If I could give no stars I would. This is advertised as made in the USA when it’s from China. It’s a scam the product never arrived and the customer service is non existent!

No product after purchase. No valid email to customer service. Fraudulent business for retail!

I ordered this product off a Facebook ad on June 17 - just received today, July 7. Two jars of product with most of the product all over the outside of the package. One jar was sealed, one was not. The product was drippy and runny - threw it right in the trash. Tried to contact customer service, message undeliverable. I thought I’d learned not to trust anything coming from China. It makes me so angry throwing money away like this. Buyer beware.

SCAM SCAME SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. ORDERED ON JUNE 19TH IT IS NOW JULY 6TH. SHIPPING HAS STALLED SINCE 6/29 NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY DESPITE ALL THE EMAILS IVE SENT. I WISH I SAW THIS BEFORE I ORDERED. ALSO NOT USA MADE IT COMES FROM CHINA.

They won't respond to emails. Tracking # cannot b found. Last update was 6/29 indicating n transit. BUT WHER IS IT ? Can't get a delivery date !

I gave this company 1 star just to be able to type a review and the fact that it arrived but from China! Once I realized it was being shipped from there I immediately messaged customer support and asked where their product was made and where they sourced the ingredients. They replied and said it was already shipped but could not answer any of my other questions. Plus I asked what the return policy was and they said they didn’t have one ( which was stated that they did on the website).
Since I received the item, I emailed again to find out about a refund and a return address ( the ingredients are all fillers and glycerin) and their customer support email was sent back as undeliverable!!

I have experienced a few companies that claim their products are made in USA and after receiving from China realize that in order to return, the tariffs and shipping cost as much as the products. And all they do is change the company’s name when complaints evolve. The return label I received for Marroomi was from San Diego also but a different persons name. Do not order any tallow products unless they can prove how it’s sourced. !!!! Good luck Marroomi with your deceitful company.

Ordered on 6/1/25, it is now 7/4/25 and it STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. I have emailed asking to just refund me, only to hear that it’s on the way. Tracking shows no movement. VERY POOR customer service!!! RUN AWAY and do NOT buy from this company!!!!

Yep, this is a total scam. Product was never received. I'd email and get the response "It's on its way." I ordered it June 17th. It's now July 2nd. The Chinese have stopped responding. The shipping or tracking says its shipped by 17Track, which is legit. Such pieces of garbage these people are.

DO Not buy from here, its a scam. I ordered mine over 4 weeks ago and still not received the item. They have not responded to my multiple emails

I never received my order which was placed 30 days ago - I did not realize it was made in CHINA!! I would never have ordered it !!

I wish I read this before I ordered. I just got my order and immediately knew I was scammed after I saw label and opened it.
It felt and looked like a scented lotion NOT a balm or tallow at all. I also had the same issues as above, no way to contact. I
The return label had return address “ Donna (no last name) 11383 Merritage ct. San Diego, 92131, which was very odd. Trying to go thru my credit card now. Don’t buy!!

TOTAL SCAM. Ingredients are crap.
PRODUCT NAME: WIYUN Tallow Honey Balm
INGREDIENTS: AQUA. MINERAL OIL, GLYCERIN, GLYCERVI STEARNE CARBOMER. TRIETHANOLAMINE. CITRUS RETICULATA (TANGERE) DINI TALLOW. MEL, HYDROGENATED OLIVE OIL DIRECTIONS OF SAFE USE:
1. Clean the skin and keep it dry,
2. Taka an appropriate amount or MANUFACTURER: Shanlou

Update: The address it supposedly came from after arriving from China is a house currently listed for sale in San Diego. Nothing about this product is legit. Throw away!!!

Scam site. No way to communicate. Promoting a organic clean ingredients. Find out right away it is shipping from China. No way to contact except email and no response from company when asked for cancellation and refund. Do not trust this site and its fake reviews.
