I sent my scales for repair under warranty, but the process took significantly longer than expected. Communication with customer service was challenging, particularly with one representative over the phone. Due to the delay, I purchased a new set of scales, which provided different readings from the original ones. As we operate a weight loss company, consistency and accuracy are crucial, making this situation difficult to manage. The repair cost exceeded £100, despite being under warranty, which added to the frustration.
The only positive aspect of this experience was the assistance provided by Jo at Marsden, who was helpful throughout the process. Thanks to Jo’s support, I am giving a 2-star rating. However, due to the overall experience, I will be moving to another provider once these scales are no longer in use.
