I have been working with Katie and Carly over the last 13 months arranging works for properties that I manage. I received a very professional and friendly service, thank you for your help over the last 13 months!!

They are very helpful, if they tell you they will ring in the morning they always do. Everyone goes out of their way to help in explaining everything that will happen in the work they are doing.

I have just used Marshall and McCourt today to have an outdated, non functioning solar thermal panel removed off the roof .
The heating engineer was lovely ,firstly he turned up when he said he would, he assessed the job and arranged for a quote to be sent out .
An email quote was sent out detailing all the jobs to be included and the price to complete them .
Once I accepted 2 plumbers arrived on time, they were both pleasant & polite .
Despite the awful rainy weather they worked hard to complete the job quickly & efficiently and tidied up as they went .
All in all a quick response, excellent service at a good price .
I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again 😀

Great service. I had an issue with my boiler losing pressure. The engineer found the issue in a few minutes and fixed it instantly. They came as a recommendation from a family member and I'd happily recommend them too.

When a radiator leaked with consequences for my entire heating and hot water system Jason, Marshall & McCourt's initial point of contact was brilliant. He listened, clearly understood the issues and their consequences, was empathetic, sought out information, returned calls as promised and, most importantly, arranged for an engineer to attend at the first opportunity.
Stephen, the engineer, was courteous, thorough, efficient and effective, solving the problem and keeping me informed.
I had every confidence in both Jason and Stephen in a stressful situation.

Boiler service by a professional and competent person who respected my property and was very efficient.The boiler was fitted by Marshall and McCourt and serviced yearly by them I have been extremely happy with their services and would recommend them unreservedly.

First time I have used the company but no concerns. Job was for a retro fit under floor heating job in a kitchen renovation with a short timescale. Very helpful in accommodating the work and with a few troubleshoots during the installation and as system settled in. Would definitely recommend them.
