I sent in a form from a garden magazine for a free blackberry bush but never received it with the raspberry bush I bought
When I contacted Marshall’s they just said “while stocks last” but nothing was on the form about that
I was very disappointed and to be honest they didn’t seem particularly bothered either

Your packing of the plants was good
Your packing of the plants was good. However the plants themselves were yellow with leaves falling off. Evri took over a week to deliver them so they hadn’t a chance. I’m afraid I won’t be ordering from you again if you use this carrier.

Plants arrived during heat wave but rootball was still wet so plants survived. Potted up and plants quickly recovered.
