I just ordered large thinking that would be adequate for a 36 to 38. DD .no chance !

15 quid all in for unusable poor quality bra top.

I would not give any star but not an option. Shoes do not fit and no return address given. Do not reply to emails for return details.

The sizes do not correlate to the UK sizes the purport to. I am a standard size 14 with 36D bust. I ordered the largest size, but they were so tiny and the padded 'built in' support was round, not pyramud/triangular, so they make your bust look like they have massive nipples. Stupid tops really. Despite emailing twice for advice on returning the 6 tops I ordered, they have not responded with any returns advice and it's not on their site. They need closing down as they don't come in line with UK consumer rights.

The shoes I ordered are of a very bad quality and are not at all orthopaedic shoe as they described them as .This website should be closed down as it is disgusting it is a real con firm

Wrong size! can't send back - return exceeds price. Offered me 20percent discount if I buy again. They need reporting - false advertising!! send me my money back if you are genuine.

AVOID THIS SELLER TOTAL SCAM I wish I had seen these reviews. Like others have said they offered 20% discount on damaged items. WE WON'T GET A REFUND.

Don't buy.biggest load of rubbish.poor quality. Nowhere near the size bra I ordered. Cheeky bs said they would give 10% back and I keep the bras that don't fit.what a scam.they are also blocking the emails I've been sending saying I want a refund.

This is what happens if you want to return your purchase. Nowhere does it say that these are being sent from China. Only a 30 day return slot too. I am reporting them to PayPal as this very much feels like a scam!!!

I ordered from them on 5th January 2023 and still not received my order but they have had my money 😡 do NOT order anything from them ever!!

Impossible to get an exchange or full refund. They say you have to return to China which is v expensive. I will not buy anything from them again.

I ordered bras from them 36c and was sent 38 these bras were way to small even with the expanders I have emailed them twice and cannot find instructions for return or a landline number to ring .... definitely some kind of scam going on and I cannot afford to lose £18

Ordered 3 bras of a size 36E they were so small my side boob was popping out everywhere, gave them to my mom who is a B how wrong can a size be!!!

I ordered 3 weeks ago. The money was taken immediately I have received 3 emails on 3 different dates saying that my order has been shipped. Still no sign of it BEWARE

Bra s have arrive but pants have not even though ordered together and the money has been taken cannot find telephone number to contact them if anyone as a number please forwarded it to me bra s are fine

Update on my review on 23/3. After sending photos (twice), it goes from bad to worse. Customer service is useless. Rather than exchange the faulty items, they offered me a discount and coupon if I wanted to keep them! There seems to be no 'Returns' policy. I just want my money back now. The FB/Instagram adverts ARE A FRAUD. Do not order from Martenshoe.

Rip off site. Rubbish products with no returns and no comebacks.

I ordered 3 bras same as Nikki Hutton. I totally agree with her comments.
'Bought the 3 bras, absolute rubbish.
They have no support what so ever, the ad is most definitely misleading, wish I'd read the reviews first.'
Why are these people allowed to put these adverts on Fb FALSE ADVERTISING!! Absolute rubbish!

Ordered a pair of snow boots they haven't arrived despite an email saying they had been shipped. I'd advise people not to buy anything from this company
