AVOID ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ERROR
I ordered a size 5. They sent a size that was far too big. They will not replace the item even though it is their error. Just offers a discount...not much use when the shoes are the wrong size.

I received my sandals as advertised on facebook and the quality is rubbish. After reading the reviews about returns, I think I'll donate them to a charity shop. The advert is very decieving, products not as decribed.

I order some sandals for my mum they came but they not the rite size I've emailed this company they have replied but want to give me 30% refund they said no need to return them as it cost to much but I don't want anything else from this site but they won't refund any money only goods thus site should be reported looks like I'm going to be out of pocket very bad

This company needs to have legal action taken against it. After waiting many weeks my order arrived but they sent me the wrong colour shoes. I’ve asked for a refund. They keep stalling - asking for photos on multiple occasions and my address, which they already have. Shocking and deceitful service

Beware of this trader. I ordered a pack of underwear from them which was nowhere near the size I ordered. No invoice or returns form in the packet so I messaged them to ask about returns. After three attempts they replied to offer me 20% discount to keep the items or I could return them at my cost. As the items were unusable I rejected the discount and asked for returns information. 4 requests later they are completely ignoring me. They state you can only refund items for 14 days from receipt. Seems like they are intending to ignore my request until after 14 days so they can then refuse to reimburse me. Avoid. Dodgy traders.

Ordered 6 weeks ago and still not delivered. Customer service keep deflecting saying they can only offer £5 voucher instead of full refund.
I would never recommend them. I have been ripped off

Ordered three bras ,still not arrived ! MARTENSHOE ,SAID "MONEY HAD NOT GONE THROUGH " IT has gone out of my bank !

Bought the 3 bras, absolute rubbish.
They have no support what so ever, the ad is mist definitely misleading, wish I'd read the reviews first..

Ordered from this company in December last year.
No order yet. Won’t answer my emails asking for my money back.
How are these companies allowed to keep on advertising the non existing goods for sale.

If it was possible I would give this company zero stars. I ordered some bras which are way too small, even though they are y normal size. The website gives an email address to return items, despite emailing three times there is radio silence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE ARE SCAM ARTISTS

Ordered and received 2 prs boots one pair is an exact fit the other pair is too small. I e mailed the company and received one back saying they were on holiday and would answer ASAP. I received an e mail yesterday saying the boots are nice and I should keep them or give them away as a gift! I replied and said no I'm not passing them on I want to return and want a full refund. I am now waiting on their reply. I have never come across this type of treatment before theg are obviously scammers. Update, just had an e mail to say they can't refund and to pass the unwanted boots onto a friend as a gift. Disgusting please DO NOT order from this company.

I bought the bras and like others experience they are nowhere near the size they claim to be. I will be contacting trading standards as I have had no response to the 2 e-mails that I have sent to them.

I wish to god I’d read these before I bought bras from these cowboys. There is nowhere to suggest their goods come from China. The bras were nowhere near the correct size and now I’m being told I can have a 20% refund for something I won’t wear or go through the difficult, expensive route of returning them to China. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS

Ordered a pair of ladies winter boots from these people 3/4 weeks ago. No email acknowledgement or confirmation. Paid £24.99 and not heard anything. In actual fact they have stolen my money. Thieving gits. Do not buy with from these people. Totally untrustworthy.

No email confirmation of order or payment. Boots are MASSIVE and wrongly sized. Emailed to let them know that they were wrongly sized and offered me a 10% refund and I could keep the useless boots. I obviously refused this, so they offered me a few more unrealistic solutions before I opened a dispute with PayPal. The seller then offered a full refund of £24.99 if I covered the cost of postage for returning the boots to China, which would be £24.99..... PayPal closed the case with "We've reviewed the transaction and are refusing your claim. This decision was made because we didn't receive valid proof or tracking that you returned the item."..... So I'm £24.99 out of pocket and stuck with a ridiculously massive useless pair of boots. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!

***EDIT*** I chatted with PayPal and they finally gave me a full refund!!! Take THAT SCAMMERS!!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered 3 pairs of bras size 42b but more like a 38a. Sent them a email about returning which I got told that postage would b expensive and they could give me 10% refund. Which I told them no so offered a 30% refund which I have accepted. Will not order again from these scammers

EDIT: Having spoken to PayPal, I suggest if anyone has used this method of payment to also contact PayPal and set up a file for dispute with them.
If you used a credit card, get in touch with your card issuer and see if they can help you retrieve your loss.

Awful experience . Ordered 3 bras in my correct size (38D) and received 3 which would have been perfect for a 32A.
When I asked Martenshoe for advice on return and refund, I was offered 20% refund and to keep the bras (for what use, I’ve no idea) otherwise, I would have to pay postage (which worked out at around £13 - to China) and stated that return post could not be relied upon and that it was up to me to take that risk of receiving no refund at all.
I (politely as possible) replied, reminding Martenshoe that this was their error. I had ordered correctly for my size. They upped their refund offer to 30% as a ‘last offer’.
I’m more annoyed at myself for not checking Trustpilot first for reviews, having relied on the (now obviously) fake reviews in their Facebook ad/shop.
It’s the first and last time I buy anything without a full research into reviews.
A salutary lesson which cost me around £18 after receiving my 30% back.

Ordered some boots which did arrive.....size 6 not the size 5.5 ordered. Emailed the company & was offered a 10% refund & I can keep the boots which are too big. Lots of bullpooh about how it would cost me a lot of money to send them back for a full refund.
Politely pointed out that they had made the mistake & the customer shouldn't be expected to pay for the return of the item in order to get a full refund.
Have now got them up to a 30% refund & will continue battling with them.

I think I’ve been scammed. I paid for a pair of boots on 11th Dec. Not even had a confirmation email or any correspondence. Supposed to be a Christmas present. I’m £40 down and now have to buy a replacement. Certainly not from this company. I only wish I had read the reviews before I ordered,
