My wife is really pleased with her new comfy furry boots. There are issues with communication, invoices etc., and I'd given up hope, but after 2 weeks they turned up. No invoice, no email, but Mrs loves them.

My shoes are defective. They come in a closed transparent bag but it is noticeable that they have deteriorated parts. I have not removed them from the plastic bag. I want to return them

Dec 2022. Ordered some boots 1 mth ago that have never arrived. Emailed company to be told that I should check corridor, outside etc etc but no photo of delivery provided! Sent me Track718 link and a tracking number that are totally useless!

Ordered 3 bras at £23.98 including postage. Sent wrong size. Their returns policy is worthless. They offered me 10% refund, then 30% refund and said to keep the bras. I don’t want the bras, the bras do not fit, the bras would not fit a gerbil. I want a full refund, a prepaid label and an apology but I also want a villa in Spain and a speedboat and I’m not going to get that either so I’ve reported the transaction to my credit card company for a chargeback.

The goods are sent from the UK but apparently have to be returned to China. Mmmm 🤔 …

Easy to order. Boots arrived today. Like trainers. Ordered 6.5 though am a 6. They fit ok. You need to order a half or size up for fit. Nicely made. Good sole and warm inner

I had a truly despicable experience with these lot last year ! BEWARE … LAST YEAR THEY WERE TRADING AS BIZ.COM and now MARTENSHOE.COM. They take your money, send you wrong colours and far too big or small goods, then persuade you not to return due to postage costs to CHINA. So, keep the useless goods and refund you 10%. Absolute bunch of theiving cowboys!! AVOID big time!

I ordered some clothing which I received last week. Not enough material to cover the size ordered & I ordered the next size up. I am not sure where they get the sizes from! They offered me 10% refund & keep the goods or return to China. Please do not order from this company. Just awful.

Saw a FB video ad for some nice women's winter Villi thermal boots. The martenshoe.com website claims it is risk free and that they would take the items back if we are not satisfied "100% money back guarantee". They sold in GBP, so you'd think it was a trustworthy UK business.

STAY AWAY from this company. They are scammers based in China running social media ads targeting people in the UK. If you have an issue with your order such as needing a replacement, they WILL NOT honour what they say on their website.

I'd ordered 2 pairs of the boots. One for myself and one pair for my mum. Mine were defective as the left boot made a clicking sound when I walked in them, but the right boot is fine. My mum usually wears a UK size 5 without issue, but these boots were not true to size and are actually smaller meaning it was too tight and hurt her feet even after a brief trying on.

I contacted the seller to ask for a replacement, and here's where the nightmare starts. They said to send the items back to them, but due to expensive postage costs they "won't bear it". They are not a UK company, they are based in CHINA it seems. Nowhere on their website does it say they are an overseas company. They offered a 15% refund, meaning they will keep most of the money. I kicked up a fuss and they've now offered a 30% refund, and that I don't need to send the items back. Now here's where it gets weird. They said it will take about 1 month or so for the items to reach them and that I should check our local post office for postage costs. Err, why, when I don't need to send them back?

They are scammers from overseas. They know most people won't send stuff back due to high postage costs, and therefore they get to keep the money. They masquerade as a UK company and target UK shoppers, but they are scammers.

Their FB ad had thousands of glowing reviews, but I think those are fake as some I think I've already read previously saying the same or a similar thing, but they're spread out through weeks so harder to pick up at first glance.

I just want my money back now, Lesson learned :(

Like other reviewers I ordered 2 pairs of the winter thermal waterproof boots after reading their advert.
Took a long time to arrive from China however they came today and look to be okay. I found emails from the company in my spam and wonder like me other people have thought that the company had not been in contact.
The boots don’t look particularly waterproof so I will be interested to see if they live up to this claim. I am pleased with the solid sole with a very good tread which will help grip the pavement in bad weather. The sizing also seems accurate too. They are lined which should keep my feet warm. Will have to keep my fingers crossed that they prove to be a good buy for the winter cold and wet .

Made an order on the 5th of November and I’ve done nothing but messing me about since then I have No Order come email them 4 times Ask for my money back No communications Still waiting for answers

Wish I had read the reviews. Also fell for a Facebook advert that looked authentic. Ordered 3 bras £23.98. They took a couple of weeks, they are not the best quality but I would have used them- but the cup size is tiny! Barely enough material to cover anything! Not what was ordered at all 😳

I ordered some boots from advert they had on facebook. The money went out of my account on 7 November. I have had an email from delivery company saying it has been suspended. I have emailed everyone back with customer info but not heard anything.
I am very disappointed by this so called company.

I ordered boots from them on 27th October, they arrived 14th November. What I received was not the style or size I actually ordered. I have emailed the company but dont expect a reply. I will not send them back as I expect the postage would be expensive and also if I reordered, they would take ages to arrive. I will not buy from this company again.

Bras to small and terrible quality and they wont let you return. First time I have ever been scammed. People can't afford to lose money like this at the moment. Absolute disgrace

I ordered there women’s winter thermal villi leather platform shoes on the 2nd of November 2022,it is now the 15th of November and we have not heard a thing from them.I have sent them loads of emails but no answer.I think I have been scammed.

Stay away. Wish I had read the reviews before buying the bras. Same as everyone else, they will not honour statutory rights. I’ve contacted my bank and reporting them to consumer council; they should not be trading in countries where they cannot honour statutory rights. AVOID

I bought their Fashion boots. Very warm and comfortable, but they arrived on 6/10/22 and today, 3/11/22, I have wet socks after wearing them on a wet day (only walking on pavement). This is the same problem I had last winter with the same boots, but they at least lasted one winter, before the wet foot started, which for the price, I was ok with. However, this pair has lasted less than a month.

Would give zero feedback. Ordered size larger than usual. Arrived nearly 4 weeks later. Far too small and poor quality. The attitude was don't return as too expensive for postage and would likely get lost. Offered 10% then 30% refund with attitude of what do you expect for price paid. Dreadful attitude. AVOID

Scam. Bras are tiny and they don’t let you return for a refund.
