Fake Label

This guy's are not for real.I placed an order since 9/12 but no show 3 weeks after. It appears they are acting as agents for cheap quality materials in China while ripping UK customers.File a dispute with your card company & get your money back. Also report the site continuously until authorities do the right thing about them

This site is a scam

This site is a scam, agree with other reviews. The products are cheap , not as shown, have no labels, they come from CHINA and are probably made in a cheap labour sweat shop. Sites like this that advertise top quality goods and then send you cheap and nasty products should be avoided at all costs.

Things I found wrong with the Martha London order

The two products I ordered were supposed to be cashmere but don't feel like cashmere. There were no labels of any kind attached to the articles - not manufacturer, not where it was made, nor any confirmation of wool or size, nor are there washlng instructions. No return labels.
In addition, I ordered the sweaters TWO sizes larger than I am yet they are tight.
I even hesitate to donate them to a charity.

Was going to buy some shirts

Was going to buy some shirts , thank God I didn't , never seen so many 1 star reviews. I have been coned so may times by Chinese companies they should come with a warning. Made in Britain, made in Germany etc. They should not be allowed to advertise. I would buy British if I could but we dont make anything. China is the king of con

Do not use this company, they are a complete con

I ordered what I thought was a very smart asymmetrical fastening cardigan made from cotton. What I received was a really shoddy garment made from polyester. When I contacted the company they tried to fob me off with 50% off my next purchase! I got my credit card company (Amex) involved and having sent them photos and emails they have credited my account in full. I offered to return the garment to Marthalondon if they sent me a prepaid label but needless to say they have not responded. I shall donate it to charity.

Just received a cats head design from…

Just received a cats head design from them today. On the website ( even though it does state “marble-like”, it did very much look like marble what with a smooth finish and glossy exterior. What I received was light in weight, made of wood, but glossy and was very underwhelming and not at all like what was advertised ….disappointing!!!!

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. Pretend to be London based but are in China. Bought 2 polo shirts - quality very poor and fit rediculous. Despite advertising returns accepted they fail to provide returns information and don't respond to emails. Total con - don't touch or you'll be very disappointed.

Please be aware of this company. I ordered a Mystic Cat Sculpture, and what eventually arrived was nothing like the advertised item. Obtaining a returns form is proving difficult.

Pure Trash

Pure Trash. Keep your money

This is another branch of the same company that has a number of websites posing as London based.
But selling China/Asian trash.

The seller refused a refund, attempting to use a discount policy as a reason, which is unlawful under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This is an attempt to catch people who do not know their own rights when purchasing online. This Act clearly states that goods must be 'as described', 'of satisfactory quality', and 'fit for purpose'. A seller's policy, even for discounted items, cannot override these statutory rights in the UK. Also there selling all over Europe.
We need to contact EU and get there gangsters off line there talking money on false pretences.
If the item you received does not meet these criteria, you are entitled to a refund.
But they seem to have their rules.

I'd rate this -100 if I could

I'd rate this -100 if I could. Same as someone else on here, I ordered what looked like a really nice ornamental cat head. What eventually turned up was a piece of plastic garbage that a two year old would laugh at, nothing like their ad and half the size.
Don't buy from these cowboys, shameful scammers like this bunch are making online ordering to much of a risk and they should be banned from advertising anything!

Avoid

Absolutely terrible company.
Avoid at all costs!!
I recently (foolishly) purchased what I thought was going to be a good sized (like in the advertisement) ornamental cat head for my feeline crazy Mrs for Christmas.
The product mistakenly looked really nice, a good size and was majorly reduced to £17.99.
I stupidly went ahead with the purchase.
After waiting for around 3 weeks the product finally arrived from CHINA,a fraction of the size and basically cheap tat!!
I looked for the supposed included returns label to return it straight away back to China and suprise suprise there wasn't one!!
Further investigating I found you can purchase the same product on TEMU for £3.50 which is probably what the item is worth?
I won't be giving this 'gift' to my Mrs for Christmas as I want to stay married and not have her throw it at me in disgust!!
Do not purchase from Martha London or as I call them Martha Chinese tat!!

What a terribly slow service

Ordered a trench coat from MarthaLondon. 16 days later, no delivery or status message from them and no reply to my emails.

I should have read the Trustpilot reviews before ever dealing with them. If the goods have to be shipped from China in containers, that explains a lot. I now await with dread the arrival of the product, as others seem to have a rather low opinion of the firm's quality standards.

Disgraceful "company"

Disgraceful returns policy . Jacket was too small, I wanted an exchange but apparently because I bought the jacket under promotion as a first purchase I am not allowed an exchange or return.
As a gesture of "goodwill" I was offered a 50percent off voucher which I declined.
Do not use company, obviously not responsible company...Just money grabbing!

Complete Rip-Off

Complete Rip-Off - Horrible Quality and Dishonest Servic.
I strongly advise to avoid this seller. The jacket I received was completely different from the pictures, with very cheap quality that does not match the description. Furthermore, when attempting to return it, they falsely claimed I bought it on discount to deny a refund, which is dishonest. Buyers should beware of this company and potential rip-offs.The seller refused a refund, attempting to use a discount policy as a reason, which is unlawful under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
