The buses are great. The drivers are not the best. We almost missed the bus once because the driver stopped at a different location then we were told they usually stop. We saw the bus passing by and ran until the bus stopped at some nearby location.

Extremely uncomfortable buses loaded to maximum with extremely uncomfortable seats

Bus was on time ,clean but packed so me and my kids had to seat away from each other ,some customers had they backpacks and stuff placed next to empty seats that's not right the driver should check that. And they're should be seat number on the ticket like airline has.

I would travel with Martz again. My experience with Martz was a positive one. I booked some tickets to Kalahari Resort in PA. The prices were reasonable. The Martz website was very easy to use. The staff at the bus station were helpful and patient. The buses were clean and the seats were comfortable. The bus drivers stuck to an on time schedule. The overall experience was great.

The bus driver was pleasant and professional. Everything else was difficult, from lines, crowds, cramped seats, and rude passengers. I'm thankful that I arrived safely and on time. There was traffic on the return trip with late arrival.

If you are traveling back and forth with a round ticket and you stuck in New York for example that day for whatever reason and you can not return the same day to your original location, you have to buy a new ticket according to the new rule!

The service at Martz is not improving in any way. Martz cut service in line with the start of the pandemic. Although service has been added back to the AM, service has barely been restored to the PM. It is amazing that NYC is opening, theatres are coming back for September 2021 and the last bus to leave NYC is at 11:30pm. I am not sure who wants to take a day trip knowing that the last bus may leave without them. Its sad that this company can spend money on a reservation system, without a proper plan is place to get passengers with a reservation on the bus first. In 2021, who does this? How is that cost effective. Where is the thought process. I travel as a commuter into NYC during the PM. I've adjusted to leave in the AM and get to NY approximately 4 hours before my shift starts. I've asked and nobody has an answer as to when they may add in 2 to 3 bus runs in the PM. Its sad that the company is worried about counting ridership rather than adding runs back to accommodate growth. Yes, growth is happening slowly, but it is happening. I am contemplating giving up working in NYC because this company lacks foresight. Hope Martz can figure this out before lasting damage is done to their ridership and reputation.

It was great until the reservations came into place. I am trying to buy commuter tickets after my vacation and the site is down- I called the station and they are down as well.......My station is closed in the am (I take 4:20 out of scranton) so without a reservation I hope my driver lets me on to purchase tickets in mount pocono as I do not have any vacation time left to take of..... this is seriously affecting my job
