Friendly and helpful office staff are available Monday–Friday, 08:00-17:00 to answer all your calls. Our electronic systems enable us to get invoices, estimates and certificates out on the same day as our visit – no chasing engineers on their mobiles! Our foundation is in our team of fully qualified and insured gas and heating engineers working throughout London. Each of our engineers has been trained in-house, not just in their Gas Safe qualification but also in our core culture of delivering ‘wow’ customer service.

I had a good experience with Marvel

I had a good experience with Marvel. They were quick to come to my house and managed to identify the problem swiftly. I had some follow up work which needed to be done, and they provided a reasonable quote for work. The follow up work was done quickly and on budget.

pretty awful Xmas no heating very poor…

pretty awful Xmas no heating very poor service after promises not forfilled.After innumerable phone calls and misunderstandings work done two weeks after Xmas!!! the work was in the end satisfactory but certainly not a good experience.

HI Sandra, yes it was a bit of a debacle, with the issues with the parts not being available for your obsolete boiler, and that of your water pressure and meeting your water supplier on site and a lot of backwards and forwards. I feel we did all we could under the circumstances and fully appreciate your frustration with being displaced over the holiday period. best wishes

Not great service!

Did not consider the service to be value for money. I believe their labour cost are expensive. Also, I was asked to send in pictures showing the problems I had and my expectation was that some remote diagnostic of my requirements was being done by an expert. Not the case. Kitchen taps did not fit when arrived, neither did the radiator either. Yet I was lumbered with the labour cost and time spent to rectify problem. I ended up finding a local tradesman recommended of course, who was miles cheaper and better quality service delivered.

Hi Ikenna, i'm sorry you feel that you didn't receive the quality of service that we pride ourselves on. We spent 5 hours at your property installing new radiators and I can see that the tap had a problem because of the dishwasher under the sink prohibiting the fitting, I would be grateful for any feedback on how you feel we could have served you better - as at no extra charge we went to a local merchant to source additional parts - including the tap - in order to complete the job to your satisfaction and with no additional charge to the fixed price quotation that was agreed before we started works - please do email me info@marvel.plumbing to discuss further

Honest, helpful and efficient company

Marvel came to our property on Boxing Day at a very reasonable price and were prompt, incredibly helpful and efficient. They came back a few weeks later to do some other work and were excellent.

Brilliant service

It was a bank holiday so hard to find a plumber. We had a leak that we could not leave as water was coming into the kitchen. I contacted Marvel and the plumber said they were on a job but would come to me after. They phoned when they were on the way to us, they were very clean, friendly and very efficient. They found the leak and mended pipe which we were very happy with. Would highly recommed them and we would use them again.

Both jobs were executed well on site at the times arranged. However, service was let down by both bills being incorrect for the time spent on the job.

Shoddy communication

There was some confusion when I initially organised an appointment and the engineer was unable to get in to the property. I paid the missed call out charge (which was not a problem) and, at the time when I did so, I asked for them to get in touch to arrange a follow up call out - they never did.
