Placed an order and received confirmation they would inform when goods were being despatched. Heard nothing so 14 days later contacted them. Received an e mail back which looked as if it had been sent by a 5 year old! No explanation just “your order arrive next week” nothing more than that. My order didn’t arrive and it was then I looked here on Trust-pilot and read of similar experiences. I emailed them again informing what I’d seen and giving them the opportunity to make this right before I posted a review. Once again a pathetic e mail saying this time “we struggle with stock. If you do not have item next week do you want refund”. I am quoting just as they typed it. I thought if they don’t have the stock how can they expect me to receive the item next week. I emailed back and asked for a refund. The e mail was acknowledged telling me a refund had been processed . I was not refunded and this is now in the hands of my bank and in view of other reviews on here I have also reported to Action Fraud.

I placed an order 24 days ago and still haven’t received my goods or a refund. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but nothing has been resolved — just empty promises and delays. It’s unacceptable for a company to hold on to customers’ money without delivering the product or issuing a refund.
Very disappointed with this experience and will not be ordering again. I hope they take responsibility and improve their service

DO NOT ORDER!!! Fake or extremely watered down perfume! I was delivered what I thought I ordered, no problem but the scent was weak, not there, 100% watered down! Emailed and no reply. Ripped off by £62, if it seems to good to be true then look at reviews first, wish I did!

I urge everyone who has had dealings with this trader and not received or received fake perfume to report to Action Fraud and the CAB who will report to the trading standards,also your bank should be able to help you retrieve any moneys paid easier if you have reported and have a crime number

My husband bought me a gift from this so called company , after two months we are yet to receive it. We tried to call them and email them but it all bounced back. We have been scammed . Stay away from these criminals.

Ordered 2 different perfumes. Sent 2 of the same. Requested correct one and said I old return wrong one if supplied with postage label. No response to any messages or emails and can’t access website now which says it all. put claim through my bank for refund which they had the cheek to challenge. Never received correct bottle I ordered and to top it off items that did come were fake and bottle started leaking so big fat scam all over. If it’s took good to be true it generally is. Save ur money go somewhere decent

As of this morning I have checked the tracking of a Tom Ford aftershave return which arrived too late for a christmas gift. The package has been refused by the seller! What to do now?

**STAY AWAY FROM THIS “SO-CALLED GENUINE PERFUME COMPANY”**

They claim to sell genuine perfumes at discounted prices, but they are not genuine. My husband bought two bottles of Miss Dior as Christmas presents for our daughter and me. When we opened them on Christmas Day, we discovered that one bottle's pump didn’t work, the liquid in both looked strange, and the scent was terrible. Nothing like the genuine scent. Although they appeared to look real, we are left wondering what’s actually in these bottles.

I have sent the company over ten messages, but all of our emails have been rejected and returned. We suspect they have blocked our email addresses. The company’s address is a residential one, and the owner never answers the phone. All we want is our £145 back.

Be warned: stay away from this con artist!

He paid £70 which is cheap for 100ml perfume
It came and was totally fake . We are not a rich couple . It’s not up to me to judge you. But you need to face God one day . May his will be done

Bunch of rip off merchants, I ordered and paid £60 for perfume for my wife on 14th November, still waiting on it, tried emailing, tried phoning, with no response whatsoever except for a message telling me that my emails won't connect, why are these fraudsters allowed to operate,? Their address is a house in a council housing estate, obviously scammers, they need closed down by the law, most reviews justifies it,

Zero stars - Ordered from Boots but ended up being hijacked and unknowingly paying these CRIMINALS.
Did receive a product which is clearly fake as it smells like cats pee! Please if you have paid them anything at all contact your bank to stop further money being taken. Also report to Action Fraud to get a crime number for your bank. Protect yourselves at all costs.

Fabulous price, saw the bad reviews but also the good ones so decided to take the risk and very glad we did. The perfume arrived very quickly and my mother in law was delighted with her present! No issues at all.

Scam alert. Ordered 2 bottles of men’s fragrance. 1 arrived . Tried emailing tried calling customer service with no response from either. Upon opening said fragrance Tom Ford Oud Wood it is clearly fake. I have the real stuff and this is a weak very weak crap copy . Reported to Bank as fraudulent. Stay clear absolute amateur scammers.

I ordered Chanel Coco Noir and my mam ordered Jadore, both arrived and both are genuine. Happy customer and will purchase again 😀
