Go onto companies house - type the postcode of the 'company' in and see who is registered at the address. Its not a company its a person who is very very clearly fraudulently taking peoples money and robbing them, There is no other term for it. DO NOT BUY and report to police - banks - report to Action Fraud as the address on companies house is clearly a home address so not hard to trace at all also gives you a name to give to the police. If you look at facebook and the reviews on here the website has stolen hundreds of pounds out of people, It is not right and because of my job I know exactly where to report. Messaged them on facebook and got blocked..say no more! If I get my money back I will delete if not I wont stop.

This is a scam, ordered Creed Aventus for half the standard retail price (Should have realised if it’s too good to be true - it isn’t). All the packaging looked genuine but the label on the bottle looked wonky when compared to my current (genuine) bottle - and it’s so obviously a fake when you smell it. AVOID!!

I ordered Tom Ford perfume which was expected to arrive within 2 days after reading bad reviews I decided to contact them I made 3 phone calls and was immediately cut off within seconds then 3 emails I got a notification to say my emails were refused I have had 2 emails to say my order was on its way I tried to track but a message came up saying they couldnt find my order needless to say I will not be dealing with this company again

Scam operators…. Don’t buy anything from this site

Ordered perfume and 2 days later got an email saying they didn’t have perfume in stock, I could get instant refund or choose something else. I decided to take the refund, but never got it. I contacted company via their website and never got a reply, 3 weeks later I got an email saying my order was shipped and had an Evri tracking number, but if you click the link it just goes to an Evri link saying they’re expecting parcel…. 2 weeks later and link just says Evri are still expecting parcel. Total scam

I placed an order and then worried when I saw the reviews, so contacted the shop. I received a reply very quickly and was reassured that the products were real but was offered a full refund if I was still worried. I said to keep the order which then arrived very quickly and is 100% genuine.

Like many others on here I was sucked in by a price that obviously was too good to be true. Tom Ford aftershave at well less than half original price.........but it's fake!!!
The scent lasts less than 30 mins and despite my best efforts to contact them I have had no response.
The thieves who run this scam company need investigating and prosecuted and I'm sure they will eventually.
So many negative reviews and no responses from the company to try and defend themselves. Strange?
My message is simple.......stay away!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered after shave for £55. Waited 3 weeks and didn't arrive. Started to panic when I realised I never received a confirmation email.
Sent an email and it bounced back. Phoned them and it went to voicemail to leave a message after the beep. No beep. It took them a day at a time to get back via online chat.
I finally got a refund today because I said I was reporting them to Action Fraud. Their reply was 'Do what you want'.
Shocking.

This is so shocking preying on people just before Christmas. Perfumes at prices that are too good to be true, well that’s Marvellous Perfumes. The website looks great and lures you in. You place your order with a 1-2 business day window and low and behold it never arrives. Email them it bounces back, use their web chat it goes nowhere, ring the mobile number available and it just rings and rings. The clue is a business address in Northampton and on google maps it’s a 3 bed semi, doesn’t support the magnitude the business purports to be. It’s now in the hands of my credit card provider to hopefully get my money back.

I believe this is a fake site scammers. When I found such a good deal on Dior I just went for it without looking into the company in more detail- I DONT WANT FAKE PURFUME! I WANT MY REFUND of £60 - I will be raising a dispute for this ASAP and reporting to trading standards.When it’s a bargain think twice if it’s too good to be true it bloody is!

Total scam. Ordered coco chanel in November. Only contact since was an email saying order was delayed till Dec 4 latest, still not arrived. Impossible to contact them emails bounce no one answers the phone number, which interestingly is the same number as a company in Ashford Kent called Allure perfumes, Probably another scam . I have no order no. so cannot even use the chat bot on the website. I've given them till Friday to respond not that i expect one, then I'll go to my bank for refund and give the police all the evidence I have gathered. Usually careful buying on Internet but got caught this, should have done my research first. Steer clear of both of these scammer sites.

I ordered 100mls Coco Mademoiselle on 25th Nov 24. A few days later I received an email to say that my order had been delayed. Over the next week I was given a tracking number and an apology that it was delayed until 3-5 Dec 24 and 10% off my next order .
I then looked at reviews and was concerned as to what I read about scams so began to wonder if it was a genuine company . However my perfume arrived on 4th December 100mls of genuine Coco Chanel for £70 and I am delighted . Had I not read reviews I would have had no concerns as they kept me informed of my order several times and were very apologetic about the delay . All in all it took 9 days to arrive

Poor company, with useless customer service. Delivered wrong item, emails bounced back, phone not answered and when they respond on chat, rude and not bothered to resolve the issue.
Reported to Citizens Advice, so Trading Standards can be involved.
My recommendation is , buy elsewhere.

My Company Marvellous UK as NOTHING to do with Marvellous Perfumes ANDY BROWN as picked up and published the wrong company. Would be helpful if my details were removed and ANDY BROWN put a review on the correct company

Placed an order with this company for Miss Dior Eau De Parfum. Less than an hour later I requested it be cancelled. Didn't hear anything for 2 days, when I was told it was despatched. My emails bounced back, couldn't speak to anyone on their phone as just an answerphone that went dead, so
went onto their chat box and said my request to cancel this order had been ignored and that I would return the order, once received, as per their website I requested a returns label. They said OK. Received the order 4 days later but had not received a returns label. I contacted this company again by chat box asking for a returns label, but received no response. I therefore opened up another chat box with this company saying I would arrange return of this order and send it to their Northampton address. Got an immediate reply saying don't send to the Northampton as they no longer operate from this address. I asked for the new return address but got no response.
To sum up
If you Google their address it shows a dilapidated private home.
When you send an email it bounces back by post master
Their telephone is just an answerphone and you can't, leave a message on it.
They only use chat box when it suits them.
Icing on the cake. I haven't opened the box, but as said I ordered Miss Dior Eau Di Parfum. The box label says PARFUM which i assume would be more expensive, so I know it's a fake.

!!!SCAM!!!, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I ordered a bottle of perfume in October and did not receive a confirmation email or any emails regarding my order. Scam scam scam do not use this company purchased a bottle of creed aftershave when it was delivered all I received was an empty cardboard box with a receipt ..😡😡 dropped them a message no reply wish I had read the reviews 😡😡 pls do not take any notice of the good reviews the are from fake people who work within the company .. I hope there get closed down🙏🙏😡

Ordered a perfume and received a receipt from gmail address?! Should have guessed at that point there was problem. Checked the tracking and it shows permanently dispatched and nothing else. Contacted the company via their "gmail address" several times but no reply. Still waiting 6 weeks later for my perfume. Had to claim a refund from my bank in the end. Clearly a fraudulent company. Avoid !
