Fraudulent company, do not use!!! I ordered 2 x 100ml perfume costing £140 and received 1 x 80ml perfume which was fake, and a bad fake at that! I’d sprayed the ‘perfume’ to check if it smelt alike, there was a hint of the fragrance but it stung the skin and was washed off immediately. When escalating this to the email provided, my email bounced back as the account doesn’t exist!

Absolutely gutted I saved for Chanel Mademoiselle and thought I’d found a bargain. It looks so real but is very very fake. No response to emails, chat, phone calls. Can guarantee that these are real reviews.

I am very happy with my purchase. The perfume is 100% genuine and the customer service was great. When I first made my purchase online I was very pleased with the excellent price. Then by chance I looked at the reviews and was very worried because I saw a lot of bad reviews saying the company is a scam and the perfume is fake. I'm guessing those reviews could be fake to try and damage the company? I was very sceptical after reading the bad reviews so scrutinised my bottle of perfume very carefully. I had a bottle of the same perfume in the house from boots the chemist and after comparing both bottles have found that the perfume from marvellous perfumes is absolutely 100% genuine! I'm a very happy customer. It's a shame that some are making fake reviews!!

I placed an order on the 17th October for Chanel bleu parfum 100ml as a gift. It stated express delivery however I am completely disappointed as I have not received delivery. It states that the order was update on the 22nd October and has been received by Marvellous perfumes but I certainly haven't received my delivery

I would have given zero stars if possible. Order received but the boxes look wrong. Of course, I can't open them as they won't accept anything not in the original condition. No response to email, chat or text despite numerous attempts. I am currently £130 out of pocket with no hope that I will get a refund as they will only accept returns with their permission. DO NOT use this company. All seems very dubious to me.

Don’t buy from this company, I bought the Dior for £75 inc postage and I’ve received a bottle with faulty top so can’t use it and it’s believed to be fake as the smell isn’t the same as my genuine bottle. Battled for over a month for a response to fix it or refund. Said they would refund over 10 days ago and still waiting to now being ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The whole experience and customer service is poor it was late delivered. Whole things just been stressful and not needed I bought this on 14th September and still no real action taken to resolving.

Perfume from this seller that I received was a fake copy.
Should not if bought from here. I most certainly will not buy from this shop again.

Fake perfume…..packaging looks good but once opened you can clearly see it’s fake. Bright orange in colour and nasty smell……nothing like the original. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!! Just wish I had read the reviews before buying.

AWFUL! fake product and when i brought it up they kept dismissing it- they eventually said they’d send a postage label to me to send it back and they still haven’t 3 months later. £200 down the drain- very rude and unprofessional

I was extremely happy with my purchase from marvellous perfumes. I had checked out the prices from a lot af companies, and these were by far the cheapest. I am more than happy that I stumbled across this company and highly recommend them to everyone.

Happy with my recent purchase, Bought a Dior perfume and price was very competitive. Emails were promptly replied and delivery received as advised.
Will certainly be buying from here again in future

This company is fantastic, the prices are amazing and cheaper than anywhere else for quality products
They go above and beyond at keeping their customers informed and you can actually reply to their messages and get a response.
The product I ordered was out of stock so they messaged me straight away and advised when it would be back so as I wasn't in a rush I was happy to wait a couple of weeks and it arrived promptly within that time.
It's been a long time since I've received professional service and support of that kind.

Quite obviously fake fragrance, bright orange when real deal is light in colour, scent similar but not same, gold hardware plastic and badly made. Requested refund haven’t received, reporting to trading standards and pursuing section 75 refund

I couldn't put a screen shot here. The live chat agent Admitted they are a SCAM! He literally said,"YES, SO BE IT WE ARE SCAM, THANKS". Outrageous. Don't fall into this trap. My friend ordered from this site and they kept saying will be posted and not received order at all.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered some perfume for £70 and in less than 24 hours I received an e-mail advising order refunded, there was no explanation as to why, no apology and no alternative offered. They stated that it could take up to 10 days for a refund, why do they want to keep hold of my money?
