Absolutely false advertising. I bought on the basis of it being “Australian” however that turned out to be purportedly Australian “designed”, Chinese warehouse delivered and then US company sent the 50% refund for me to keep the rubbish product (it feels like hush money). Several emails back & forth upping their partial refund offers. I regret accepting their bullying 50% offer. Garments are way undersized even though I sized up for order and this is clearly a theme thru other sad reviews. I’m tipping there is a “designer” in every country advertised. Smooth operators reply to communication as a part of their business practice of selling a product that does not reflect their ads. DO NOT BE FOOLED. I wish I had read reviews first. In the end they are clearly making money out of delivering garbage even if they provide partial refunds.

Don’t under any circumstances purchase products from this company ( Mary Tanks) as when you are an unhappy customer it’s not well received. Trying to reason with them via email with no response only genetic emails is very frustrating. Continually going around and around in circles without resulting any issues you might have. I’ve complained however just continually receiving emailed asking for reviews. Kerrie

Easy communication and fast response

Sizing/fit was wrong but customer service very prompt with reply and help. Awaiting replacement tanks

This company is a scam. The tops that arrived were nothing like the advertising. Their sizing chart is a joke. I ordered different sizes and they were all the same size when they arrived - far too small. All the eges on the tops were unfinished. If you look at their marketing you can see that the edges on some are finished and on others you can't tell.
Also notice that there are no largely busted women in their marketing photos.
Their marketing says the inserts are attached and won't come out when you machine wash the tops. This isn't true. On all three of the tops the inserts were not sewn in and they were a mess after I washed them.
I contacted the company and sent them photos. They agreed it wasn't right and something needed to be done about it so it was referred up the chain. I needed to follow up after about 2 weeks waiting.
When I was very clear I didn't want an exchange, I wanted a refund they offered me 20% and that I could keep the tops. In fact there isn't anywhere you can return the tops to, they don't want you to send them back. The tops are sent out by a fulfilment partner and there is no return address to send them back.
I kept insisting on a refund and they increased it to 25% and then 30%.
When I told them the goods had a major fault because they weren' what was advertised and according to Australian consumer law I was entitled to a full refund and they were breaking the law by not complying they did repay me 100%
And a week later they offered me a $25 voucher to spend on more tanks if I reviewed their products....

Their email marketing looks like they are a local company that we should be supporting because they are working so hard and love us all so much. I don't think any of it is true.

I was amazed by the prompt reply I had to my request for a replacement of my order. The garments were too small and my email was answered immediately.
A replacement was discussed and I was happy to pay the postal charges required.
I look forward to wearing my tanks when they arrive because they look comfortable and so easy to wear.

The garments are very well made, no edging on them, so no showing on your clothes.
Staff are quick with responses to any queries, and helpful.

This product is truly inferior, the fabric is sheer, shiny and cheaply made, there's no edging with very little bust support. I'm a size 12 and ordered a L in white. Completely different from the images shown on marketing footage.
They offered 30% refund initially, then 50% when I expressed my dissatisfaction.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT !

You must hand pick your staff and run them through a kindness indicator!
In my case it was 10 out of 10 and it's so nice to have pleasant dealings with another human being.
