This was the worst. Bought a dress that looked totally different from the images online. Got in touch to say it didn’t suit me at all and how do I return it as there was no order number or packing slip. They said (despite claiming a 30 day money back guarantee) that it wasn’t worth returning as it would cost me between $20-$30 dollars to do so. So, would I like 10% off. Do not touch this company with a barge pole they are complete crooks.

Bought dress , 1365 order number. When it came it was a top and skirt. Did not fit either as so long. I asked to use their guaranteed 30 days return and refund pledge but I have been receiving emails from Asia saying I can't return and offering me 10% discount then 20% to keep the item...but it is of no use so why would I want a few pounds off it to keep! This has been mis-sold as far as I am concerned. I would never buy something knowing I couldn't return it.

SCAM company! Looks like they are Manchester based but in fact China like the rest of them.
Dress was dreadful & looked nothing like the advert, Standard!
Same old story no refund address then they say keep it & get 10% refund. when you don’t accept that they go up to 20%. Then they offered me 40% and i cut my loses and agreed to that🤦🏻‍♀️
Do Not buy from them, You have been warned🥴

Terrible company - worst e-commerce experience ever! Please don’t waste your money with them, or believe the soppy back story on their site.

If you place an order, the money will be taken immediately from your bank. You will then wait several weeks for horrible, cheap and nasty product to arrive. During that time you will receive no delivery updates (via ‘Shop’ app), and will find it impossible to get any information from the company, just stock responses with no commitment or explanation. You will also be wasting time chasing a refund that they refuse to action.

They are truly awful and an absolute sham! There are also worrying reports of the security of their website. Treat yourself to a purchase with another, legitimate and trusted provider.

SCAM! Dress arrived after 3 weeks, despite the website claiming to be a Manchester-based business. No details on how to return it and the dress is horrible quality, a total rip off - don't buy anything from this company.

SCAM!!! Not worth 1 star but can’t give a zero! Order placed and money was taken from my account. I received no correspondence at all or confirmation of order. They said there was no order matching my name or email address but managed to take my money. I have sent proof of money leaving account and they still say have no record of order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

My order arrived today. Cheap material, badly sewn, doesn’t fit properly. Absolutely awful. Would never buy again.

Absolutely terrible! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS OUTLET. It’s a complete scam and I should have researched more and not been so trusting!
I ordered a large in a maxi dress. It arrived as a top and skirt; poorly finished and sizing was terrible. The top was HUGE and the skirt tiny (about a size 8), but both labelled large.
I then tried to find out how I could return it and claim a refund. Emailed supplied email address and my email was ‘returned’ as email wasn’t recognised. All a complete con and they have my money!

Still waiting for item two weeks after order. Nowhere on site does it say it was coming from China but, when tracking, discovered its still there! Awful for environment. Misleading and very poor customer service. Don't order from this company.

I have received my order today, I ordered a dress what I got was a skirt and top, not what I ordered, very poor quality the zip on the skirt is 8ins long but the zip only goes down 1ins as it has been sewn into the material I ordered size 12/14 the top would fit a size 16 the skirt would fit a size 8/10.I have sent an email, the so called dress cost was £44.95

I ordered a dress online for £34.95 from a company claiming to be based in Manchester with uk email addresses. Dress arrived nearly 3 weeks later; very poor quality fabric and not at all like the photos on the website. When I requested a return was told I would have to return to China and I should expect return costs of between $20-$30. Alternatively keep the dress and get a 10% refund. The dress was posted from a uk address so why can’t it be returned to the uk distribution centre?!
