I have used HARS three or four times over the last three years as my aids are getting older but still suitable for my hearing

They are always helpful and knowledgeable

This time my aid needed a new wire between the two parts

My aids have always been fixed within 2 or 3 days and cost is very reasonable.

Certainly will carry on using them until my prescription changes given the cost of new aids

Overall their service from start to finish is superb and I would recommend

Posted hearing aids for inspection, clean and replacement wax guard mounting (Phonak aids are prone to losing these). The aids were posted on Tuesday and back on Friday with all work completed. Communications and service were excellent and the price was reasonable - particularly since part of all profits go to Mary Hare School for Deaf Children. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from HARS. They have been so helpful, fixed the hearing aid and sent it back very quickly. Very trustworthy and very reasonable prices, will use them again.

This company is brilliant. Very helpful,extremely quick and efficient. My much missed hearing aids were repaired and returned within three days. You can not ask for much better than that, so I will certainly use them again.

From my first email to HARS to the delivery of my repaired hearing aids the service has been acceptional. When I asked any questions they were answered quickly which gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a reputable company. The instructions of how to send the hearing aids and the payment methods available was easy to follow. Should I need any further repairs HARS will be my first port of call.

I totally agree with other reviewers in praise of every aspect of this company’s service. My initial email enquiry was answered very quickly and helpfully. I posted my aids on Friday and got them back the following Friday, fully repaired and serviced. Brilliant!

This hearing aid repair service is great. They have serviced my phonak hearing aids and they are now working perfectly. If you have a query you can ring them ( they actually answer telephone calls! ) with any query you may have. The are polite, friendly and proffesional. I am happy to unreservedly recommend their services.

needed some spares for my hearing aids spoke to Gary very helpful .they did not have the parts in stock but soon had them and sent me an email to confirm this parts where dispatched and received within 24 hours .good old fashioned service with a modern twist.
I shall certainly recommend this company well done.

My audiologist told me the manufacturer could not repair my hearing aid as it was over 5 years old and they didn’t hold the parts. The alternative was new hearing aids.
I sent my hearing aid to HARS and received a quote two days later.
I accepted the quote and a further two days received the aid fully repaired and working perfectly.
Have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

This was the second time I have had my aids serviced by HARS who have a very fast turnaround and also at a reasonable price. I did have to have repair done on my left aid under warranty, which was no hassle at all. Unfortunately there was a technical issue when reprogramming and I had to send them my right aid to enable software set up between the two. I received the pair back within 3 days and to be honest the pair of them feel like brand new! And the best thing...no further charge!

Can't give this company anything but praise for its efficiently and cost.faced with the prospect of having to buy new earing aids,I sent my existing ones off the Monday, recieved a quote on Tuesday evening and had my fully serviced aids back on Friday. Excellent service which saved at least thousand plus buying new ones.

I had been told by Specsavers they could no longer mend my hearing aids as they were 7 years old. My husband found HARS on the internet and I sent my hearing aid off. They received it on Monday and repaired it the same day returning it to me on the Tuesday morning. They were all so helpful and kind.

I'm so happy to have found HARS! A quick google search and they came up. After looking at their website and reading all the 5 star reviews I sent my broken hearing aid on Friday afternoon. Monday morning I received an email from Gary with the cost of the repair including a service and 6 months warranty for the repair. I paid by bank transfer (They can also take payment over the phone or via Paypal) and my hearing aid arrived back with me today ....Tuesday! Amazing service at a very reasonable price. If I had gone back to Specsavers I feel sure I would have ended up buying a new pair (They are just out of their warranty period) as lets be honest, its all about the sales for them! I would not hesitate to use HARS again & highly recommend them.

The receiver wire on one of my aids broke and it’s nice to have both working. Quick Google search and I found HARS. Sent an email saying that I’d like both aids serviced. Quick response from Gary
with prices and options. Posted on a Saturday so as to arrive on Monday. Hearing aids delivered Monday morning and email arrived first thing Tuesday morning with my quote. Paid straight away hoping I’d get them back by the Saturday/Sunday. They were back with me today (Friday). What can I say. Brilliant service and not overly expensive. My aids came from Specsavers 5 years ago and have never been serviced or looked at. They cost
£1800. For less than £400 I’ve got basically new hearing aids. So it’s a thumbs up and Thankyou from me👍

I needed a very urgent repair to my hearing aid due to an imminent holiday. I tried a number of more local companies as I live in Brighton but HARS were the only people that offerered on site repairs. I came up on the train that day and I am delighted to report that my hearing aid is repaired and I shall be back for new batteries after the holiday. Brian was great to deal with, he understood my ugency and clearly the rest of the team are first rate too !!!!!

So glad I found these guys online when one of my aids stopped working!
Their service is amazing and after posting my aid late on a Thursday I received the quote on the Friday and received it back Tuesday lunchtime!
I really like that they give 50% of profits to the school for the deaf unlike all the commercial giants out there!
Incredible that I received it back in less time than I was going to have to wait for an appointment locally on top of which would have been repair time too.

Local hearing centre said that my hearing aids could not be fixed as they were unable to get required parts. I found HARS on the web and made contact with Gary who was confident that they could repair the hearing aids. I explained that I needed them back within the week as going on holiday. Absolutely brilliant efficient service. Hearing aids repaired and serviced, just like new and back to me within 4 working days.
