I ordered a very nice outfit but I got a very different dress totally change of colour and looks very cheap, no refund or exchange.

Very bad customer service. I placed the order and after a month, I’m checking the status of my order they tell me that address is incorrect! I check my order form it’s a correct address. Anway my question is why you guys haven’t reached out to me about this issue? When I try to inquire, they said they will deliver it ASAP. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard anything about it. Order number is 109836
At this point if you can’t resolve this issue, I would like the full refund, please.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE BEFORE READING THIS. I bought a suit from this store online paid extra delivery charges to have it delivered to Spain, only to be contacted by the courier wanting an additional €70. The suit cost €80 I paid an additional €30 for delivery. So the total cost of delivery and customs is higher than the cost of the suit? Although they state on their website they DO NOT state explicitly what the charges will be. I ordered another suit from Laam there were no custom charges so why does this company charge? I WILL NOT pay any additional fees. Take your suit and as you have stated you will not give me a refund. I pray Allah SWT exposes your scam of a business and you go out of business.

I initially ordered items worth PKR 51,300 (Cash on Delivery) from Maryum & Maria, but unfortunately, instead of the original articles, I received a fake parcel containing old and torn clothes. The delivery rider collected the full payment and handed over the incorrect package.
Following this incident, there was a period of investigation and back-and-forth communication involving both Maryum & Maria and their courier service, PostEx. While the process took time, which I understand, as identifying the culprit requires proper investigation, it was understandably stressful.
However, I would like to acknowledge that the Marium and Maria, ultimately stepped in, took full responsibility for the mishap, and resolved the issue professionally. They compensated the entire amount (PKR 51,300) in the form of a discount code, which I used to repurchase the article.
I can confidently say that the article quality was very good and exactly according to my expectations. Despite the delay, the brand honored its responsibility, ensured customer satisfaction, and restored my trust.
Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is accountability, and in the end, Maryum & Maria handled the situation responsibly and ethically.

I received my dress which seems pretty amazing in quality. But the trousers had a minor cut on its lace border. Upon contacting them through email, not only did i get the response, but also got the trousers replaced at the doorstep in 3 business days. I had such an amazing customer service experience for the first time.

I had a great experience with Maryum N Maria. I ordered two dresses, both of them are beautiful and also size is perfect. They have really good customer service.

I purchased two outfits about a month ago, paid via card and now it shows delivery failure, I have tried emailing them - complaining that I haven’t received my order despite address being correct but no response! What a wasteful site to buy clothes from!! Such a shame.

Worst company ever. Do not buy from them. They lie and say things are going to be dispatched and the order is packed when it is not. They have a cancellation policy which they do not follow. If you buy from them and something goes wrong they will not give your money back.

My wife bought adress worth 11k and the dress delivered was nowhere near as advertised, and guess what no refund no exchange. Nothing.

Pathetic service! They charged my card twice and refused to refund.
They said we will only give you a voucher that you can use in three months. No refund nothing.

They charge people card, take money and refuse to give back by saying “its a policy”

And I haven’t received the clothes yet but the reviews I’ve read are disappointing.

Do not order from this website. Absolute waste of money. The outfits look nothing like the pictures on website.! Not even worth one star!! Cheap and rubbish.

What a waste of money! Absolutely rubbish customer service! Ordered an outfit for Eid which looks completely different from the picture on the website. Cheap material and rubbish stitching. Sent million messages on WhatsApp and email but no response. Don't risk your money with this company!!!

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Maryum N Maria. My experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a dress for my sister’s mehndi specifically because of the unique combination of colors shown on their website. However, the dress I received was completely different—almost all the layers were yellow, and key colors like blue and grey were missing entirely.
When I raised a complaint, they dismissed it by pointing to a disclaimer about "slight color variations" on their website. But this wasn't a slight difference—it was a completely different look. Replacing blue and grey with yellow is not a minor change, and it feels like they assume customers won’t notice or care. Please don’t waste your money on them. Their practices are misleading, and their response to complaints is unacceptable.

The worst customer service and worst stitching!!!
Ordered early to get the dresses before Eid which they promised they would deliver but later didn’t. Took more than a month and countless WhatsApp messages to finally get the dresses. Their customer service is just the worst part..kept on giving the same answer on asking about the update and would disappear between conversations. Didn’t even apologise for the late delivery.
The dresses are bad.. bad material bad stitching bad fitting! Complete waste of money!

I’ve just had the worst experience with this brand the customer service is extremely bad. They sent damaged goods and refused to provide adequate compensation. Never experienced such poor customer service. Will never be ordering again.

All the 5-star reviews seem totally fake. The customer service is awful, the website looks sketchy, and honestly, it feels like a complete scam. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money—this place is nothing but disappointment!

Even before ordering, when I messaged to enquire there was no effort, no sense of service. it seems like they don't care about customer enquiries at all. Anyways, as i am based in London, i still tested and placed an order online, thank God only one dress as i had 4 dresses in the basket but wasn't sure, when it arrived it was completely off in colour, didn't look like the model photo at all, i sent it as a gift to my mother. when i messaged them she simply said it says on our website it may look slightly different, i said yes but not completely- Of course she said they wont exchange it and no reply since. No try of help, i didn't even ask for refund, i was happy for my mum to exchange it only.
CHEAP Material, cheap quality, overpriced, cheap customer service. Don't believe the photos on website. Never again. SAVE YOUR MONEY and HEADACHE.
