I had an exceptional experience at Maryam&Maria, thanks to a wonderful customer service representative named Kiran. From the moment I approached a problem with my purchase, Kiran went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed.

Not only did she answer all of my questions thoroughly, but she also offered helpful suggestions and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Her friendly attitude and genuine care made all the difference in my visit. It's rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and Kiran truly made my day. I’m grateful for her dedication and hard work. Highly recommend Maryam&maria for their excellent service because if employees like Kiran, and I’ll definitely be returning!

I placed 2 orders on maryumnmaria on 15 October 2024 which included 3 stitched suits for the kids. Once I received first suit, it was of complete different design, style and colour; moreover all the embroidery work was worn off. On receiving this suit, I immediately contacted maryumnmaria customer support to which they ask me to share the details on whatsapp. After 2 days I received another suit which was also received with same above mentioned faults. Same was intimated to given whatsapp number but they have switched off read receipt. I made numerous calls on the given number but no response was received. It's been 7 days since this episode yet the brand is not paying any heat.

HORRIBLE customer service and product. I was told I was being sent a small, they instead sent a medium size which was massive. I reached out to their customer service and was told they would not honor an exchange, even for the product size I was originally supposed to be sent? When I told them I was disappointed, they gave a snarky response.

STAY AWAY and shame on this horrid company.

I’m an overseas customer I ordered 2 party wear dresses, when I received them they were tightly packed and wrinkled. The quality of the embroidery is very poor the beads were coming off and lots of them were missing as well, there were loose threads all over the dresses.
These dresses are extremely long and there’s a small half zipper on the side of the dress which makes it very very difficult to put it on and take it off because you can’t take off a long heavy dress like a shirt.These type of western maxis have long zippers on the top bodice part which makes it easier to wear them, so the point is their designer is very dumb he doesn’t know anything about stitching a dress.
Please improve your quality and craftsmanship because in this time any era you can fool people once, but no one’s going to buy from you again or recommend you to anyone.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER especially if they are saying they offer Free shipping this is when they dont actually deliver the dresses you order!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! This is a fraud website. The are thieves!!! They take your money, keep you waiting for weeks, and take forever to respond to you. Then when they finally do they say your outfit is no longer available and to choose another outfit for the same price. They don't give you your money back or give you the outfit!!!! Do not ever buy from here. My friend also bought from here and never got a delivery, and they told her they delivered it when she never got the package, again fraud!!!

Webiste shows differnet pictures and they send different clothes and then say, "you bought it, it was your choice" even though not the same colour, FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

They don’t even bother to reply their customers I love there clothes but the staff is too busy doing other things that they can’t even focus

Very bad service from maryam and maria. I order two times same dresses and they canceled them. And then they call and said wrong price of dress which was really high than the actuall price. They ate very bad in service

Horrible company. DON’T buy from them. Website depicts something else and they send you wrong item (incorrect size and style), customer service does not respond back to messages. i tried to get a resolution and left them messages for a month but no response. They are FRAUD. Charge money upfront and will not give you money even though the mistake is on their end. Please help report to protect others.

Horrible company DON’T buy from them FRAUD they take you money and will say order is on they way months later when asked where is the order they will say out of stock and start ignoring you they clearly state they will not give your money back. And then will make sure to delete any reviews you put on there page. FRAUD DO NOT BUY DO NOT PAY UP FRONT. Please help report to protect others.

Horrible staff, untrained. Terrible customer service. They will take your money and in return ignore you. Don’t buy from here. Clothes don’t match up to the photos.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed an order from their website. Because it’s a stitched order, they called to say we need to pay 5000rs in advance so we did. Upon delivery, charged the full order amount again, INCLUDING the stitching fee. Contacted them, slow replies, they don’t even pick the phone and to resolve it they’re offering a 5000rs coupon. Why on earth would I want to support a shady business like theirs by placing another order?! Demanded a refund but they continue to ignore me. Very dishonest and scam-like service. All this for 5000rs? What a shame that these designer companies have the WORST customer service. Please avoid these fraudulent companies!

Very poor customer service and also the product is poor quality! We purchased two articles. One of them delivered, was different as compared to the website. The customer support says “it’s OK na.. that’s also similar And Ladies like it” 😆💁 what a joke? We had to “convince” the customer support to replace it as we don’t want this design, upon which they hardly agreed for us to “go to the store” and manually change it for something else. fantastic! Cherry on top.. the suit is bleeding color. It was a mess in the washing machine other clothes got the color..every time we wash it there is a ton load of green ink everywhere.. we have to separately wash and dry it. pathetic Products, pathetic customer support and pathetic company. stay away.

WORST PLACE TO ORDER AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 4 suits from here, all in size small I received 3 in extra large size and one in medium. Company is refusing to give me refund and it is their mistake. DO NOT ORDER from them rude staff

Wonderful customer service, fast delivery, however, they can certainly improve on their embroidery. The description of the Shararah I ordered doesn’t match with the final product. Therefore, their prices are high for their work done on clothes.

Do not order from here. First of all they never detail how they will stitch the item so it looks so different from the picture on the image on the website. They don't use the same embellishments even though they confirmed to me that they will. My item came back with defective stitching and measurements which meant I couldn't wear it, it looked absolutely ridiculous even though I ordered it based on the sizing guide in their website. The customer service is absolutely disgraceful will not take any ownership or accountability. Money down the drain!!!!
