By far the worst customer service
By far the worst customer service. still have not received my item because they messed up the address, it was sent back to them and after multiple emails still nothing - they just have an auto bot responder. do not buy from this company.
I have bought two things from Mashable
I have bought two things from Mashable. The first did not work as described. The second did not describe that it only worked on iOs devices (which I do not have). In both cases, there was "no way to refund the money," the second by contractual agreement...not clearly disclosed before my purchase.
More upfront information. I am seriously thinking about removing mashable.com from my feed so I don't get sucked in two years from now after I have forgotten these experiences.
Watch out for long ship times and over pricing
I purchased a little robotic kit to build with my kids. I knew I could find the product on Amazon, but thought I would support someone else with my purchase. Never again for Mashable. After a week and a half of waiting, the tracking number still isn’t even valid. I have reached out in hope that the product will eventually show up, but at this point I’m not overly confident it will. Reading their help articles, they say that because their products are “heavily discounted”, they may take 3 weeks or more to be delivered! I never would have purchased had I known that. The delay might be acceptable to some if their first premise was accurate, but I paid $30 more on Mashable than I would have on Amazon. Read the fine print, beware!

Did not get item. Did not get shipping notice. However was billed immedistely. Sent notice to my credit card. This was over 2 weeks sfter order.

DO NOT BUY a refurbished computer from Mashable. The vendor they use is not ethical. I wish I had read the reviews before buying an iMac 2011 refurbished desktop computer.
The list price is dramatically and unreasonably inflated so they can show a "sale" price that is actually slightly above current market value. Though listed as four stars and grade-A, the computer had significant damage to the case. Wifi hardware had been removed so they could try to sell it to you as an upgrade. (iMac 2011 shipped with wifi installed standard.) Mashable will not allow returns on this product. I recommend that you not do business with Mashable.

I bought ONE thing from them and they signed me up for a recurring charge of $32.98 a month. I never signed up for anything on a recurring basis. They have never sent me anything for that $32.98. I contacted them repeatedly and they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about. Liars and cheats!!! Contacted my credit card company and they're taking care of it now. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MASHABLE!!!
A good user experience
My company had booked five online courses but had failed to redeem all of the codes in time. Their initial response was "tough luck" and based on all the reviews below I had little hope, but in the end they came through and provided us with renewed access. Support was actually very quick to reply as well. Maybe there is hope after all?
Deceiving sales policy and deals 40% more expensive than others
It seems all their sales are final, no returns. They claim it is stated in the deal's page, not true. Even if you are not informed, still they will apply all sales as final. Very lousy customer service and almost impossible to keep continous communication. On top of that, I found the same deal they offered, 40% cheaper in Walmart. Mashable is a scam.

I purchased a pair of bamboo blend…
I purchased a pair of bamboo blend sheets from this place. Looked all over the internet to find out what other fiber was used since "blend" implies there was something besides bamboo fiber but wasn't able to find an answer. It turned out those do NOT breathe at all so I suspect the other fiber is polyester. After 2 sleepless nights I decided to return them but was told Sorry we do not accept returns. So now I have a pair of $ 50 sheets that I cannot use. Will never buy anything from them again.
Poor customer service on shop mashable
I bought a course on the 1st of January 2019, I made mistake with my email address while purchasing the course and I could not redeem the code for my course due to this. I have sent several complaints to their support but no response. I am really disappointed and unhappy due to this. I hope I can still redeem my code.
No Support for Products that Fail
Purchased a pair of wireless earbuds. They don't hold a charge 90 days later. Contacted Mashable. They won't replace or refund because it's past their 30 day policy. Really? I will not purchase anything else from them as they do not back the products they sell.

Purchased a really neat gift for my daughter awhile back from the Mashable Shop. Came right away and she loved it. Just recently purchased an online course bundle for Illustrator as well and very satisfied. The Mashable Shop is actually my favorite part of the site!

what they do is probably border line illegal. Stay away
Dont need to go into detail here as so many others have already. They took my money but 6 weeks later i still dont have the product and they are refusing to give my money back. I hope they crash and burn as a company, maybe the worst ive ever dealt with. I wish i had the time and resources to sue them, ive never felt this way about a company in my life.
