DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...IT'S A SCAM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...IT'S A SCAM!
I ordered a product from them 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't left the country of origin. They claim that it was shipped 2 weeks ago, but it hasn't moved since. I inquired with customer service and they just deferred the blame to someone else stating that they cannot control their vendors and are not responsible for the shipment. Of course they have no problem taking my money right away, but won't give me the product I ordered. Spread the word....it's purely a scam!

Mashable is a scam shop site

Mashable is a scam shop site. Do not buy from this site. You will regret it, like me. I bought an electric toothbrush from them. When I tried to return, Mashable sent me an email saying that it was the final sale so can't return it. There was no mention of the item being the final sale when I checked out.
Do not buy from them. It was the worst shopping experience I had.

Worst experience with a company ever

Worst experience with a company ever! They make no mention that their product only works on a desktop, so the product is completely unusable for me. I will be getting outside help, as they refuse to provide me with a refund. Do not buy for this site ever, complete ripoff that has no standards of business, just want to take money for nothing. Customer support is a waste of time, and refuses to acknowledge the outright lies they use to sell their products. Never again.

I bought a drawing package

I bought a drawing package and have had very bad luck with support. I never received it but I did have the order number. The support person answers me with statements like you may want to try anither operating system and please send me a sxreen shot of your error. Totally irrelavant to the problem of not getting my product. I wonder if support may be a robot that sends answers based on key words?

This shop is a scam.

Not only do the things they advertise either not work, or not come as advertised, but it takes two to three WEEKS for them to answer a customer service query, in which time, OF COURSE the warranty runs out.

They're not rude; they're over the top perky when they tell you that you've just been screwed.

OMG, what a major SCAM!

Wish I could leave 0 stars, because leaving one suggest I have had a 20% positive experience. I have not.

Never again...

This clearinghouse has some of the coolest gagets out there, but I will never buy another thing from their shop. One of the items I bought doesn't work, another doesn't work as promised and they blame it on an "app running in the foreground" although (in my mind) that's actually something I would have thought this item would be FOR, and the third didn't come with the stuff it appeared to on the site.
The first issue is actually my THIRD, and I'm tired of running around with them, so I doubt I'll do anything about it. The second - I'm still trying to get some joy about returning it. The third I had to go to the manufacturer and buy the "missing" part (that one was a small print error on my part, but when EVERY picture displays the "accessory", you kind of expect it to come with the accessory!)
This shop is a clearinghouse, so I will still come here to look, to get ideas, but I will NEVER buy from them again. I'll find the thing I want then go elsewhere to buy it. I've often found things I like here sold for the same or in some cases less, elsewhere...

DO NOT EVER purchase anything from this…

DO NOT EVER purchase anything from this company- they are a SCAM. I purchased 2 Saberlight lighters from them for $30 each- both broke within 1 month & they refuse to refund me. They write fake articles on their products that are untrue- BEWARE- NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Beware

Beware. Mashable is trading off their brand (for what it's worth) and has draconian return policies for at least some products (all sales final, not highlighted during the checkout process). Given its popularity, I tried buying something from the store expecting a reasonable retail experience ala Amazon, Google store, etc. Not to be had. When my TRELAB headphones arrived, I saw they were not going to be meet my needs and tried to send them back, but was denied.

Since buying a language learning…

Since buying a language learning product from the Mashable Shop I haven't been able to use it due to two issues:
1) my laptop has Windows Vista which apparently can't support the product (this should have been stated in their product description & promotional material)
2) the app won't acknowledge the email address or the password I submitted when I registered for the service due to the platform issue, so I can't use the product on my mobile either. I'm entitled to instruction in six languages to be accessible by mobile app or laptop, but Mashable's poor marketing has caused me an annoying problem & maybe the loss of a few bucks.

Never purchase apps through Mashable!

I recently purchased an app through Mashable, thought I was getting a great deal on a language app. I paid $40. The app was beyond bad and mashable has no desire to stand behind what they sell to their customers. Rather than doing the right thing, I received an email from Anthony with the below canned message that is as stale as the app they sold me [with my comments in brackets]:

As it stands, we are contractually tied to a no refund policy [ridiculous] with our vendors, allowing us to offer amazing products [this was the crappiest app I've ever purchased] at a huge discount [its not that big...who are you kidding dude?]. Additionally, digital license codes and redemption assets are sent out immediately upon checkout, at which point the vendor is paid. I would love to accommodate your request [than accommodate and don't make excuses], but if we offered refunds, customers could make purchases, redeem the assets, ask for a refund, and walk away with free software [now you are way out of line by proposing this to me, you doosh bag].
