David completed an EPC on the house with a very short timescale from contact, which was great. He was very knowledgeable and had lots of relevant experience to aid his survey to be conducted in an informed professional way. David was a very pleasant chatty person and the time spent completing the survey and logging the data should have been at a higher cost than charged. Very reasonable indeed, and would recommend him without hesitation.

David came under short notice and was professional, punctual and had excellent conduct. He knew exactly what he was doing and had the EPC certificate completed and sent over on the same day and the price was very reasonable too. I'd recommend him to others who are looking for this service.

I wanted a clear-eyed, unvarnished view of whether an air source heat pump could really work in our home, even if the answer was not what I wanted to hear. It seemed far better to make a small investment in proper assessment than to install a system that might never perform as hoped.
