Awful and very stressful

Tried booking a massage after purchasing an e voucher online. Total waste of time as every time I tried to book I was told that someone from my area would be in touch to arrange a booking, which never happened. My emails were ignored once I had purchased the e voucher also. My partner is due to have a c section next week and now will be unable to receive a pre natal massage as everywhere else is fully booked. 4 weeks I have tried to book a massage with massage 2 mummy and each time they have failed to respond! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Not what I was expecting…
Therapist was very nice however I was not told in advance I needed to provide 3-4 towels for the massage.
Therapists massage table had a stale smoke smell on it and I didn’t find the therapist very warm and friendly from arrival.
This has put me off booking again as it wasn’t quite the experience I was expecting and didn’t seem as organised and professional as I had hoped.

Really disappointed with this company, avoid them. Availablity is not as advertised on the website and turned out to be very limited. You have to pay before you can book sessions. They had no appointments I could make, they said I could have a refund but over 1 month later I am still waiting. I chase regularly and now they have stopped responding to my messages. Not sure I will ever see my money which is very upsetting.

I had a prenatal massage with Ashley Phillips today at 32 weeks pregnant. It was my first time using this service and I have to say I am so pleased with Ashley’s swift communication in the morning before my appointment. She kept me updated of where she was and time of arrival.
She was really friendly, approachable and made me feel comfortable immediately. I’ve never had a home massage before - and she was happy to observe house etiquettes like remove shoes etc.
My body felt great after and she definitely knows what she is doing as she noticed where my muscles were protruding on my upper back where I have been experiencing pain for the last 4 months. Wish I had it done sooner!
Very professional and maintained my modesty throughout.
Will be booking again to keep me loose and comfortable before baby is due!
Great service and so wonderful to not have to travel anywhere for the massage.

Great experience all round; booking was easy and efficient. Had a massage with Georgia three days ago and she was amazing! Professional, kind and friendly, Georgia put me at ease immediately. The massage was lovely! I am 23 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing intense upper back pain. Since my massage, I have been pain free! I will definitely book another massage with Georgia, and would strongly recommend. Great experience, thank you Georgia!

Poor customer service so won't be recommending.
I had one nice massage from a nice lady. The issue is my 1st massage was cancelled 3 times before it took place. I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, but alternative arrangements should have been made available by the company. Following response to my feedback, I would add. It is not the responsibility of the client to inform the company that their appointment has been cancelled/rescheduled by the therapist. Perhaps the company should check in with therapists to ensure appointments have gone ahead. It is not enough to just say you were not aware that my appointment was cancelled 3 times. I was under the impression that the therapist you assigned me had informed you.
Then once the 2nd massage was booked, it was also cancelled, so as no alternative date was offered, I emailed the company for a refund. I got a response saying they'd look into it, then no further correspondence. So I had to contact them again and they offered me £40 refund, which I felt was rude and insensitive since I had never made any cancellations myself. There was no conversation or offer for compensation. They then delayed in processing the refund. I had to email yet again to chase it up and never got a response to confirm an update or offer an apology. Poor customer service so won't be recommending.

I booked in a massage for my wife for the evening of Thursday 25th November. The person booked for the appointment was a complete no show, with no phone call from the company to explain the situation. I called to log a complaint this morning, only to be told we emailed yesterday. I informed them I had received no email and then they asked me to check my junk folder. Again no email, their response was "well we sent it." After working in IT for nearly 15 years and being a grown adult, its an extremely welcome statement from a company questioning my ability to check for email, even though they cannot be bothered to call. Furthermore, they have a 14 day refund period. Absolute joke of a company
Edit: In response to the company reply, your process is to send a text message to state you have sent an email concerning the booking. Customer to then check their emails. You are aware of a email issue as your text message states "If you have not received it please let us know at info@massage2mummy.... So you are expecting customers to email in to you, stating you have sent me an email, but I haven't received you email. What is the process from here, for you to resend the email?
Its clear from all the negative reviews you have an issue with communicating to customers regarding cancellations/amended bookings.
Suggestion 1: You have customers mobile numbers to send a text in the first please. Why don't you text the information or rather call??? You have turned a 1 step process into 15 steps
Suggestion 2: Stop blaming the customer stating well we tried to communicate with you. Your process is absolutely flawed. Own up and take some action. If you feel like the service is upto standard, then there is something wrong with the company values.
