I just had my first massage with Carleen and I just wanted to feedback what a great experience it was. She made me feel really calm and relaxed and explained everything to me really well.

I will definitely be using this service again and recommending to friends.

Magdalena messaged me on the morning of my appointment to let me know what I needed to prepare (really helpful as I thought it was the following day). When Magdalena arrived she was professional but I still felt that I was in a treatment room, she set up quickly and put me at ease.

The massage itself was wonderful and I really appreciated that Magdalena explained how she would work through the massage, I often lay there wondering what body part will be picked up next for some odd reason.

At the end Magdalena offers some advice, packed up and left as if she had never been there and I could relax without having to travel home.

Booked a massage in line with availability offered online. Received email to say the time I had booked wasn't possible and I would need to rebook, which I did, incurring a few week's delay.

Therapist cancelled on the day of the massage due to a family emergency, offering to reschedule. When I explained I might need to cancel instead of reschedule, the therapist offered to attend the appointment as planned (obviously I declined - if there was a family emergency, I don't want to drag someone away to massage me). Overall rather awkward.

I emailed M2M to ask if I was entitled to a full refund. No reply for 2 days. I called, and was told by the person who had answered the phone that he couldn't help me, I'd need to wait to be called back by someone else. (Why is that person answering the phone if unable to action the basics?) Was called back quickly, promised a refund, and promised an email to confirm. Never received the email, and 12 days later, still no refund.

Emailed again, and was told the refund process takes 14 days! Why in this day and age should it take 14 days to process a refund? This will mean M2M have held my money for a full month.

In short, it's a nice idea, but the booking system doesn't work, comms are poor, you're at the mercy of freelance therapists cancelling at short notice with no-one to cover (which I can see has happened in other reviews), and if it goes wrong, it'll take a long time and probably some chasing to actually get your refund.

I don't usually leave reviews but feel I have to on this occasion as I was so disappointed with the service (or rather lack of service) provided. On the first occasion the therapist did not turn up (apparently there was a mix up with the booking on her system but she did not think to contact me to double check). We rescheduled but on each occasion (3 x times!!) some personal emergency came up which meant that she could not make it. I understand that unforeseen events can happen but this just seemed a little bit much. I am still waiting on my refund which I hope I will not have to chase!

Thanks for Carys, I had so bad waist pain and bone tail pain for 6-7months. She helped me out and only with one massage the pain is gone!

Just such an amazing service. Wish I'd known about it sooner!! Sheryl was the lady that came out to me and I had an hour of real me time. So relaxing I almost fell asleep!! I'll definitely be booking this again.

So disappointed with this company after it being recommended by a friend. Booked a massage for a friend for the morning of her baby shower as a present. All paid for and booking confirmed a month in advance.
On the morning of the booking the therapist did not turn up, no phone call or email. As it was a present I phoned the massage 2 Mummy office straight away - CLOSED. Messaged the Facebook page - NO REPLY. Meaning the morning of the baby shower I had a very disappointed and upset Mummy to be and couldn't physically contact anyone until Monday.
I phoned Monday morning to speak to someone straight away and they were completely unaware the therapist hasn't turned up to the appointment. On further investigation which has taken four days and myself making all the phone calls not the company!! I have found out they cannot get hold of the therapist and have had to cancel all her bookings leaving other mummy's disappointed I imagine. Apparently they are not able to find an alternative therapist to come to the house so are not able to provide us with the service I booked over a month ago! Very, very disappointed with this company and it's lack of communication between therapists, clients and company. It seems unorganized and limited to getting hold of someone other than between the hours of 10am and 3pm weekdays. Will never recommend or use this company again.

Carleen was absolutely amazing! It was a fantastic experience in this stage of pregnancy were day to day life can be a bit of a struggle and needed some pampering :)

Carleen was brilliant - sweet kind and great at her job! As my first pregnancy massage i thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone for relaxation or if your suffering aches and pains, as the pressure was just right.

Roseanne gave me a heavenly massage today at 32 weeks. It was so relaxing, and indulgent, and I feel great hours after it. I wish I had only started sooner as we preggos all deserve a treat from time to time!

Nicole came to me for a massage when I was almost 38 weeks pregnant which was lovely & relaxing. She was very friendly & didn’t mind when my dog was being a pain!

Even thought the company managed to get me a masseuse on time. The masseuse who came was very rude and with an attitude. During the message I asked her to change the music she put on and she said "you will have to put your fingers in your ears" and when the music started to really annoy me, I said I will put on my own music, she said "this music helps me work, do you want me to pack and leave" !!!!
I don't understand, since when the music during a massage is for the masseuse!
She finally turned off the music and refused to put anything on for the whole 45 minutes of the massage, so imagine how awkward and stressful that massage was... just 4 days after having a baby. Definitely will not use again.
The company never contacted me to ask about my opinion of the massage which shows how much they care about customers.

Absolutely loved my postpartum massage! It was everything I needed, cannot recommend it enough for all the new mamas out there! Great idea for a gift too, I wish I added it to my baby shower wish list :-) Hannah in PE2 area did a fantastic job, I will definitely book again in the future!
