I learned about these chairs from a friend that had one and recommended them. I ordered and it was delivered while my wife was home, and they delivered the wrong-colored chair. They corrected the issue and I have been enjoying one of the best made massage chairs on the market. With the stress of work these days it is so nice to come home and take that stress away with this chair.

Bought a refurbished M888
Bought a refurbished M888 and after a week of use a couple of air hoses came off, called customer service and they were very helpful but due to covid and limited work force it took a while for repairs. I enjoy my chair and happy of purchase. Seems to be well constructed and is nice looking that can be close to a wall and fully operational.

Best online buying experience for a high priced item I’ve ever had. Seriously, from ordering to reception, it was a breeze. Sales chat is abominable - beware the upsell
I go to the website, check out a few chairs and wanted to get an opinion on chairs that can be precise for the head, neck and shoulders. I meant the base of the skull, but whoever the sales person was on chat asked me about a head massage and said their chairs don't do that. Well duh, but ok, and I clarified.
From there, I was told a $9999k chair was the most precise. I shared my price point was 4000K and below (a healthy price point) and was then told that I'd "have to get....", but it didn't match the $9999k chair. Again, duh. When I brought to "Sophie's" attention that I would find a place that could find me a match of my price point, instead of walking me through options, "Sophie" kept underlining the point that the $9999k model was the best choice.
This business needs to check in with whoever is doing their online sales chat because I am buying a chair today and was actually very interested in a few models, but absolutely not going to pay $4000k at a business that pushes the chairs at 2.5x my budget. I have the screenshots of this conversation conversation to back it up.
I added a star because you took the time to respond. I never said I tried other chairs, for clarity, I got on the sales chat to learn about as many chairs as possible, that's why the laser focus on this one chair is annoying.

You had let us know you wanted a product that delivers a really good neck and shoulder massage and had mentioned in the past you hadn’t been able to find one that does this well. The Synca JP1100 does this much better than any massage chair on the market, it’s not just a little bit better at it, it’s significantly better than any other chair in this regard. We could have suggested many less expensive chairs that offer neck massage, but since you’d previously mentioned you had tried some but never got the experience you wanted we wanted to be sure you got into the right chair. Our goal isn’t to just sell a chair just to get the sale, we always recommend what we think is best for our individual customers needs. We apologize for any negative experience you had, it wasn’t our intention. We have a large showroom with many models and if you are ever local to us we’d love to spend some time showing you all of the chairs to help get you into the best chair for you.

Massage Chair Heaven was great! I highly recommend them. I am from out of state because the chair I was looking for has no dealers here and so I searched and found them. I talked to Sophie online and she was great and educated me about massage chairs and was a great help to me in picking the right one.
It was expensive and I was a little hesitant doing this online because I'm used to trying something before I buy it. But since I was not able to I took a leap of faith because I needed a chair for my girlfriend who was in a car accident and decided to trust Sophie. She rewarded my trust and the chair she helped me pick was fantastic!! I believe the Lord led me to their company and chair and it worked out fantastic! Great company they won't steer you wrong! Highly recommend them!! Can't say enough good things about them! Honest and nice you can't go wrong with them!
One thing I want to add that's important is that you can setup the chair yourself. It basically comes already setup. The one thing you have to be very careful of is when you setup the foot massage. There are youtubes available which are accurate BUT when you add the pin lock I highly recommend you put a towel beneath the lock in case you drop either one. If it goes into the foot massage you may never get it out. I did this and only by the grace of God was I able to retrieve it. I actually went to Home Depot to see if I could get a replacement. I got one that may have worked but went I got home I lifted the foot massage one more time and it was there. Only the Lord could do that. Anyway I highly recommend putting a towel beneath the lock so if it falls you can get it!! Great chair. It changed my girlfriend's life already!

I use the chair daily and loving it!
It has been 3 month since we've bought the chair. My wife and myself are using it daily and very happy with the results. A lot of options, foot massage is fantastic, hands massage is nice too. Stretch is a great to have feature.
Overall we are very pleased.
