My first call to massage chair heaven was a pleasure. Junior was very pleasant, professional and explained everything that I had questions about with a great deal of experience and respect. He explained the difference in the chair that we were discussing and after listening to what my needs were we decided on which chair would be right for me and why it would.
We settled on a great price and he told me exactly what was included.
Junior is a man of his word. My chair was delivered with white glove service and care. They set up my chair beyond my expectations. 10☆ I rate the gentleman that brought my chair 💺 and took excellent care of everything.
Junior kept his word from the first time we talked until I received the cushions he promised to send.
The chair is perfect for me and my wife.
Massage chair heaven has an enormous selection of quality products.

I purchased the chair for my husband for Valentine's Day. He was impressed at the thoroughness of the massage, plus the many multitudes of options. Customer service was great as I had a question about fixed point massage, which I couldn't figure out from the menu. Once clarified, now the chair can be customized to certain areas of the body that need extra attention, it'a's a great investment in health and wellness.

I had an outstanding customer experience with this store. I was searching online for an Osaki Pro Maestro LE and connected with Sophie over chat. This was on Christmas and a Sunday. Five stars for "after sales support"
Five stars for after sales support. I have a Kahuna 7300 which started making noises at the foot rest. I contacted them and without issue, they sent a replacement foot rest. Noise now gone and the chair is back to running perfect. One year in and we enjoy it almost every day. Note: Massage chair heaven states they no longer sale the Kahuna brand but I recommend Kahuna as an option. very happy with their service.
