Massage Chair Heaven is amazing. I never purchased anything with them prior to my purchase of a very expensive massage chair from them. The chair came so quickly which was great! The setup was done great. The most important thing to me is customer service because that shows you how the company is run. I emailed a message about a question I had after hours thinking I would just get an email the next day. Instead within minutes I received a response!! We continued emailing each other (hours passed the closing time for their website) until we reached a conclusion! Then the next day they were able to get more information and immediately emailed me with the update! Just truly the best customer service I have ever experienced!!! I would buy from them anytime! Would be great if the owners/management would take over other businesses to give the quality of customer service that people deserve when purchasing. Nowadays with so much stuff online, customer service has taken a big hit with so many businesses. Good to know Massage Chair Heaven still considers costumer service as a key component of a business. I own a business as well and we provide the same type of client services.

Had a great experience dealing with Yunior. He was not pushy and took the time to explain the features of each chair in my price range. At the end, I settled on the Sedona LT and I love it. Yunior could've pushed a more expensive chair but he did not. Instead, he provided the chair that met my needs. The sale and delivery were easy, effortless, and exceeded my expectations.

Defective chair but great customer service
Pros: Yunior was very helpful in replacing my broken massage chair with a working one. Great communication and lightning-fast text messages!
Cons: They sent me a broken massage chair.
They also delivered the chair to my driveway instead of directly to my door. You have to climb eight steps to get to my door, and the chair is a 300-pound package, so we had to pay hundreds of dollars to a separate company to move the chair a few hours later. Lucky it didn't rain!
If I had known, I would have ordered the chair from Home Depot. It was a couple hundred dollars more expensive but the chair they delivered would probably not have been broken.

Everything about the experience was 5 star. Sophie was thoroughly patient and knowledgeable and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted for amazingly what I wanted to spend. The unit arrived promptly. There was slight damage from shipping that was immediately resolved. I feel very secure with the 5 year full parts and service warranty.

I called several times when I would think of "something else" as this is a big purchase and like anyone else I wanted to make darn sure I was getting the right one for my needs and wants. My salesman was ready and willing to answer any and all questions, and I had plenty. He was patient and very knowledgeable and I never felt like he was trying to upsale me into something I didn't need. If I wear this one out, and I probably will, I will definitely go back to them.
