Very smooth process, most competetive price
Very smooth process. Set an appt, tested a few of the chairs I had been researching (which they have in their showroom), got a great deal for the chair I liked and it was delivered in a week. They offered to come build/install but found a video and put it together in 30 min myself. They still offer to come out to walk us through so customer service has been great so far. Hoping it lasts as long as my previous chair that had no problems in over 10+ years. Recommend anyone looking for a chair locally to go by their showroom.
