Delivery was delayed because part way thru the process. The company discovered the initial delivery company didn't deliver to our area and had to reroute it thru another company. The massage chair is absolutely fantastic, but the owners/instruction manual is not good at all. It doesn't detail how to use or change specific usages of the chair, etc.

The purchase of this chair has been the most pleasant experience. My first interaction being a sales/consumer support person who cleared up any questions I might have and helped me confirm which chair would suit my purposes. She was knowledgable about the chairs I had done extensive research on and presented options I didn't know about (despite my efforts to know everything). I am pragmatic about everything and consider a massage chair to be frivolous expense with uncertain gain, so I do my homework. I knew what I wanted, what I could afford, what brand to rely on and finally called to make my purchase.
