The delivery of the Luraco Massage Chair was right on schedule, and the installation technician completed the chair assembly in a profession way. At the beginning there were some operation functions not very clear, and he tried very hard to get connected to find the answer. Excellent job! The Massage Chair is very well made, the store owner Yunior has been very nice, and is willing to listen and help any customer issues. I am very happy for the whole purchase process.

Flawless interaction. Working with Yunior-oh my, my answered my wildness of text messages at all hours of the evening and night! I did not expect that and advise him to answer when it was convenient and despite this he immediately responded. The pricing was incredible compared to hours of research at other sites. the only site that I called that I was in touch with a person and not a bot. I can’t say enough and then the white glove delivery through SEKO was Flawless as well. They arrived for the delivery at the exact time that they had predicted which I was so surprised. The set up was seamless , two men were knowledgeable in the assembly and completed the job with zero mass. There is no way to improve this entire trans seamless flawless, and perfect and the chair oh the chair… Forgot to mention the chair due to all the above! The chair is amazing beyond my wildest expectations! I think the team and I’m happy to leave such a favorable report that had more time. This would’ve been a short reply. 😬

Excellent service exceeding my expectations
I bought a JP 3000 last year in another country and liked it thus after coming back to the US, I bought another one of the same model from the online store. I was encountering some mechanical issues and error codes on its display after two months of use. Massage Chair Heaven were very responsive and proactive to help me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Even thought I bought the chair online but I felt their service was equivalent or even better than a good bricks-and-mortar company. The chair was delivered but only to the first location in the house, not where I wanted it. Now we can't move it because of the weight. The chair was not assembled for us. The instructions were very simple but, they did not seem to match our chair. It said to put screws in locations where there were no screw holes. Our arms are still not attached.

I bought the Osaki OS-4000T Massage Chair 2 years ago because I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. I heard that these chairs might help. Desperate for any kind of releif, I took a chance and bought this chair. It has made a significant difference in my life. I am able to move around more easily on a daily basis.
Nothing will completely take away my pain, but this chair has made life as bearable as it's goung to get.
