I came to one of your centers

I came to one of your centers, for blood tests, the lady who was the phelobatomist , tried to find my vein but she couldn't, she tried 4 times, until she find it . It was very bad experience for me.

Efficient service

Usual good service from MASTA. I threw a bit of a curved ball about measles as there's an epidemic where I'm travelling to and wasn't vaccinated as a child but it was sorted out while I was at the clinic.

Lisa was incredibly warm friendly and…

Lisa was incredibly warm friendly and considerate. Lots of helpful advice.
Finding the place was difficult so give yourself extra time. Seemingly there are signage restrictions at The Cubes Sandyford.

Nurse only made two attempts to contact…

Nurse only made two attempts to contact me. I responded to missed call immediately but not possible to call a withheld number (why does MASTA call from withheld numbers?!)
I had to contact customer service which meant another unnecessary delay in my consultation.
Such a waste of time and effort l!

Great Service

I felt quite anxious going here- we only booked, because our GP was not providing travel vaccines at the time. I expected they would ‘strongly recommend’ more than we really needed and that it would be a stressful experience. To my surprise, it was nothing of the sort. The person who provided the consultation (and administered the vaccines), was thoughtful, not ‘pushy’ and very honest. She made all us feel at ease and gave options and information so that we could make informed choices. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, should we need to.

I took my toddler for her chickenpox…

I took my toddler for her chickenpox vaccine and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received. The lady who did my daughter's vaccination was great with her, explained everything and made me feel at ease. Beautiful clinic, lovely experience (very different from what we'd experienced with the NHS vaccines!) and parked outside the clinic. Thank you for making the experience a pleasant one for a new mother.

I visited MASTA- Reading for the…

I visited MASTA- Reading for the vaccination clinic . I found MASTA - Reading organised with the offer of slot appointments according to someone convenience. The staff is friendly and able to help. The clinical pharmacist in the vaccination clinic is also friendly and patient and able to give information about any vaccines.
