Really sorry to say that the whole experience was highly disappointing. The lady advising was highly incompetent and there was no stock of vaccines that we wanted. Vaccine prices are ridiculously expensive and the lady didn’t tell us anything that we couldn’t have found ourselves. Total waste of time. Only useful if you need yellow fever vaccines cause GPs don’t provide it.

I came to one of your centers
I came to one of your centers, for blood tests, the lady who was the phelobatomist , tried to find my vein but she couldn't, she tried 4 times, until she find it . It was very bad experience for me.

Bad check in systems
The clinic was hard to find, no clear signs from the outside, I still managed to get there 10 mins before my appointment. Knocked on the doors of the clinic as instructed and waited in the waiting room but no one came. I had to wait 40 mins before I found one of the nurses and while she was nice and helped me with the appointment but the overall experience was not great. No clear check in system and no one came to get me from the waiting room and no answer when I knocked on the doors. Also no WiFi or internet connection in the waiting room area.

It was ridiculous. We were told to go to an appointment and then when we got there, we were told we didn't need an appointment.

Our appointments are designed to give our nurses the time needed to carefully assess each individual case. This includes reviewing your travel plans, the countries and specific areas you’ll be visiting, potential risk factors, previous vaccination history, and importantly, the patient’s age to ensure any vaccines are appropriate and safe. This is particularly important for babies and young children, as not all vaccines are suitable at every age.
We understand it can feel inconvenient to attend an appointment and then be advised that no vaccines are required. However, we believe it is important not to recommend or provide unnecessary or unsuitable treatments.

The nurse who attended to me was also very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly and in the best possible way. Really unimpressed with the whole…
Really unimpressed with the whole experience.
Unhelpful consultation, during which I almost wanted to apologise for daring to ask questions. Borderline rude behaviour by the health assistant I went to see.
Not a single word about enormous shortages in vaccinations/medication. Was only told days before travelling leaving me with little alternatives.
Would 10/10 not recommend.

The clinician didn't exlpain to me properly about the vaccines, she was rushed and didn't inspire a lot of confidence. I wouldn't go back.
