Masterseal products were used to create our new driveway. From the initial contact with the rep through to completion by the approved contractor the communication was great, we were kept well lnformed of the process. The workmanship and quality of the products used was brilliant. I would definitely recommend as we will now have a maintenance free driveway that looks amazing for many years to come.

From start to finish Master Seal Solutions have been very professional.
Reece and his team have done a great job transforming a very tired patio into something bright and modern.
Before starting Reece went through everything making sure of our requirements and answering any questions.
When they had finished everything was tidied up and taken away leaving us with nothing to do other than appreciate their hard work.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my auntie (and her husband)!they were very easily persuaded to get there driveway done by master seal solutions, they usually park on the side of the road when the weather is bad, as their driveway is (sorry I mean was) unfit for purpose, now they love how much easier it has made daily life, no more muddy footprints on carpets and no more hopping over the dirt and stone in heels when my auntie goes out. Here’s a little note for Richard in the office and Scott and the gang, don’t stop doing what your doing, your not only a fantastic business, your all so amazing, not only do you take pride and care in your work, you genuinely care about your customers, and that little referral bonus… you will be seeing me very soon.

After an uncertain start due to unusual circumstances, the installation manager sorted it and all ran smoothly. There’s no doubt that the result, after three days of intense work by a hardworking team, is a beautifully finished drive that looks amazing. Passers by are continually making remarks of how good it looks and how it elevates the presence of the house. The street view is just right. Weeds have a task on their hands to establish themselves on this drive. And with a ten year guarantee we can rest assured.

Ive just recently moved into a new property and i was looking at resin drives. I was recomended to master seal by a friend at work who has also had a new driveway fitted. So richard and craig came out and were very helpfull and explained everything in a proffessional and friendly manner. My girlfriend helped me choose the coulor and decicided to go with springtime, scott and his team came on the arranged time and did a fantastic job and the family and neighbours love it, im now having a quote for my patio.

Had the patio resined. The contractors for master seal who did the work have done a brilliant job but we had delays and the communication was terrible. We had to keep chasing for answers and was not getting anything back. As I said the job was eventually completed and really pleased with it but would have liked to have been kept informed on any changes and rung back when asked

The guys arrived on time and got stuck in straight away very friendly to me and easy to talk explained what the process was needed to do the drive did a very good job

Dave visited and I agreed to purchase a new resin driveway, fence and gate. Dave called his manager Richard for me to pay the deposit required & arrange an installation date.

Richard called me to check that I had paid the deposit, & called me multiple times after that, to check that I had signed the finance application, via his third party loan provider.

I then paid a 2nd installment towards the installation.

The installation date arrived & nobody from Masterseal attended our property at the time expected, I messaged Dave who initially responded advising that he 'would investigate what was happening as he was surprised that Jamie his Fitter had not reached out', he then replied again advising 'Jamie was over running on a previous job and so could not attend after all' I was then provided with another installation date after Christmas.

A couple of days prior to the 2nd promised installation date, outside temperatures dropped to below -5 so I called Craig (and Richard who was stood next to Craig inputting into the call), & stated my concern that the temperatures would be too cold for a sufficient installation to take place, as the material being laid would get too cold and crack (even if not instantly but 12 months later) so I wanted to postpone until temperatures reached above 0, Craig & Richard agreed with me & said they would attend on a new date in March, but that 'they would need to confirm again nearer the time, as my job required lots of materials which would take a couple of weeks to source in advance', I then queried how they had ever intended to install on this 2nd date then, if no materials had been sourced to date, Craig could not answer and Richard floundered in the background, I felt sorry for Craig.

My finance then expired (as the loan had been agreed for a certain period of weeks), and so Richard provided me with the link of a new different loan company who he now recommended instead, this company were a broker, and I was forced to spend over £1000 in fees to source finance this time. When I told Richard, he acknowledged it 'was a shame they had not been able to attend the first date' therefore forcing my original finance deal to expire, and stated that 'he had no idea the new company he was recommending charged to broker deals'.

Quite a few weeks prior to the 3rd installation date, I requested to move to a 4th installation date of the 24th April, owing to a personal commitment.

A couple of weeks prior to the 24th April, I started to feel concerned that they had not contacted me to ask me to pay the third installment (due just prior to install taking place), and that I had heard nothing at all from them again, and so I reached out to Dave explaining my unease and seeking reassurance.

Dave responded immediately via voice message advising me 'not to worry at all, the 24th April was definitely in their diary and going ahead, and that they had a really specialist partner coming to carry out the install for us' he advised he would chase the payment link for me to pay the third payment.

I then received a text message from the Masterseal office asking me to 'phone them to arrange an installation date and get booked in', I messaged them and Dave, explaining my absolute confusion and frustration as that message contradicts entirely the voice messages from Dave.

Dave responded again advising it was cross wires and that all was still on track for the 24th April. I asked for a payment link then, so I could pay the next installment.

I received no payment link and Richard did not answer my call or return my voicemail when I chased him in the days which followed.

I then received a text message a week before the 24th April from the Masterseal office again, this time advising 'they were very sorry but they couldn't carry out my installation at this time and would be in touch to arrange a new date when they could'

I then called Richard who advised me that 'they wanted to ensure they found a good contractor to carry out my work which was not a standard installation owing to the fencing and gate and that they had been let down by the contractor they had planned to use and now didn't have anyone' when I queried how long they had been searching for a Contractor he blustered. I then requested a full refund.

Richard asked me 'not to leave a negative review on Trust Pilot' if he paid my redundant dog kennel boarding fees (as we had paid for our dog to be boarded whilst the work was undertaken).

I never submitted an invoice proving the dog boarding fees to Richard, as letting others go through what we have been through would not align with me. Richard could not understand my anger at his absolute complacency as soon as he had received money from me, compared to how proactive and eager he was to chase it in the initial days.

From start to finish this has been a fantastic experience.
David visited and gave us such great advice and confidence that we signed up there and then!
Mike in the office has been very patient with us and the weather! the prep work was completed in late January and then we had a number of delays due to adverse weather but happy to say today it has been completed and looks amazing.
We are truly delighted with the overall look and the price was the most competitive we came across after 4 quotes.

Paul came to see us to give us a quote. He was very polite and professional and explained things very well, showing us a video of how the system works.
He encouraged us to see their nearby works at other properties and the owners at those properties couldn't recommend the company enough.
Paul is always available to answer further questions and has been very accommodating.
We are delighted with the service so far and trust that the finished product will be just as good.

This is the second time I have used masterseal as I was really pleased with their work first time around .
Their work has totally transformed the look of my house. From the original survey by David who was pleasant and non pushy to the workmen . Firstly Reexe did all the preparation, he was quick clean and tidy then the resin was laid by Scott who was extremely knowledgeable and wouldn't finish work until he was completely satisfied with the finish .
The management tram kept in contact from start to finish and I would highly recommend this company
