Absolutely appalling customer service I would strongly advise against using this company if you actually want their promises fulfilled!!! Having quickly taken our deposit at the start of March with commencement of work scheduled June/July due to extension being built, contacted them early May to arrange a start date advised 2/3 weeks behind due to weather far enough!! Arranged a start date of 5th July heard nothing since, contacted 30th June to make sure all ok again weather blamed for delays passed on to new staff member who schedules start dates, very efficient promised start date of 4th aug great stuff, finally!! Received a call from Richard (director) 30th to say work won't start 4th I mentioned this had been agreed we've been waiting since July so he said ok, checked in on 5th August as away advised by the fitter that he's now left the company, contacted director who said 3 weeks due to a big dig out on another job!!!!! We expressed our disbelief as to how this company organises their workload to which the director told us our job was priced to low and they can't do it for that price and to quite frankly go away!!! Contacted the next day to say refunding deposit what a joke!!! So their marketing campaigns are obviously working for them but can't carry out the work as agreed.

We have recently had our drive and patio done with Masterseal solutions, from the first contact with Craig and Richard to meeting the team laying the new drive the guys were all very hard working and very professional. The customer service care was excellent without a fault, our house now looks amazing with a new lease of life.

I don’t very often bother writing reviews but I couldn’t not praise the work from everyone at Masterseal the whole process from beginning to end was really professional Covid safe and the guys were really friendly too the driveway was laid for my mother who struggles with mobility and they even made it anti slip to ensure her safety which meant a lot to us the end product is absolutely stunning we have had so many comments about it as it looks so good just small finishing touches which make it look first class I honestly can’t fault this company one bit so friendly keep you updated every step and can’t do enough for you would recommend 100% my mums neighbours are the next to have their drive completed in the next couple of weeks I’m sure they won’t be the last sets your whole house off so well !!!!

Had my driveway installed by these guys over 340m2 I had several quotes as it’s such a big property and even though they were not the cheapest I am glad I went with them. They sent the survey team out within a week which made me feel at ease and the resin was down within the month. Previous I had a Retford company take a deposit and could even get the resin so to finally have this all completed so we can enjoy our new home before the summer is amazing. If your having a drive done call these I cannot recommend them enough. Richard and Craig were fantastic and even did our steps with resin too to finish to off.

Ecstatic is an understatement, Master Seal Solutions have truly made my driveway dreams come true! So impressed with this company, a pleasure to deal with from initial quotation right through to finishing the job. The quality of their work is exceptional and looks better than I ever expected, well and truly chuffed with my new resin drive. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new driveway.

I contacted Master Seal Solutions after my wife and I decided to get the house sorted out and I am very impressed with the results! We had an overlay on our existing tarmac drive and we just love it. The guys were polite and kept us informed of what was going on all through the process. Highly recommended!

I heard their advert on the radio and decided to give them a call since we needed our drive sorting out. They were very helpful and we chose to have resin. They were all very professional from start to finish! The drive looks amazing and our neighbours are going to have theirs done! Thankyou Richard and Craig and all the guys!

They approached and knocked door offering cleaning services. Offered roof cleaning, including fascia and gutter and driveway at £500 and gave time for Monday.

Didn’t turn up and when called they said that price quoted was low hence they thought of not doing it.
Very unprofessional that they gave a price and agreed a job and did not have a courtesy to inform that they are backing out.

Once we called them. They turned up and said will be £600 including roof, fascia, soffits cleaning.

They instead offered that they can start right there and than. They started and soon after left and started at 1.30 and wanted to rush.
By 6 they started packing up.
When we inspected the work. Roofs were cleaned but fascia and soffits were extremely dirty with dirt and mould and moss. Seemed like wanted to make quick bucks for the day.
Left job uncompleted and blackmailed that if they clean everything will break and they are not responsible.
They did not have courtesy to clean what was shown to them as dirty.

Asked them that as you did not have enough time and did everything in jiffy. May visit again tomorrow and complete scope of work. But they were only interested in collecting money.
1 person in the team dominates the others and highly impatient and rude.

Would highly warn that never get carried away with door knockers.

WOW, what a fantastic transformation. Our driveway and patio had old, uneven block paving which Master Seal covered with a resin overlay. The work was completed by a team of skilled, hard working workmen in very good time. We are over the moon with the result. We now have safe, non slip and maintenance free areas. Thank you Master Seal, we have no hesitation in recommending this company for your resurfacing work.

Quick response, great service, and very pleased with my new resin drive. The end result is better than we expected. The installation team was pleasant and efficient.

Excellent work, really happy with our new driveway. They did a great job prepping the site which required digging out some garden with tree roots. There was a slight delay in laying the resin due to adverse weather construction but they returned as soon as possible. The team were great, very friendly and hard working and Craig worked with me to make my design ideas a reality. Highly recommend.

We booked master seal to relay our driveway in a resin bound finish. From the outset the management and workforce were polite and acted on a thoroughly professional manner, answering all our queries promptly. The work itself was carried out on the specified date, which was reappointed due to adverse weather conditions, and as a result we are looking to get our patio refurbished during late spring, as the pathways and drive have been given a new lease of life!

I have just had my driveway completed in Bawtry, it looks amazing, the team were clean, tidy, polite and knowledgeable of the processes and provided updates along the way. One thing i was very content with was the suggestions you came up with. All the team, Alex, Richard, Craig played a major part in my transformation. It was awesome what you have done and my neighbours have said some beautiful comments about it. I felt very safe that all the team were adhering to the Covid19 safety requirements/standards. I have an amazing new driveway and I'm very happy thank you .

If you are looking for excellent service and a product that really works then Master Seal Solutions is the company to trust.
From start to finish the project was overseen by Richard, Craig and Dave. They are the friendliest people you could meet and nothing is too much trouble.
All our questions were explained in detail and the price was very competitive.
The finished product is amazing and the team used to put down the resin driveway worked hard all day ensuring all excess materials were cleaned away at the end.
This is definitely a customer service focused company at a very competitive price.
I would highly recommend them and use again in the future.
