Ordered a tool box, no correspondence, 2 weeks later I was chasing and no answer. Did not reply to email or answer phone calls. After a month I managed to get though and was told that the box was due in from the suppliers in about another 5 weeks. But no one ever updated me. Very poor service. Prices seamed fair but would be better paying a bit more and dealing with a company who process your order.

Ordered a hoover from them ages ago and it arrived no problem, also ordered the hoover bags and that was not a problem either. About three months ago I tried to order an attachment for the hoover, it said it would take a few weeks so I waited and waited, nothing arrived. I made contact via email and they said it was on the way but they couldn't give me a date and therefore they should give me a refund. I replied and said I could wait as long as it was going to arrive at some point. About a month later I contacted them again and got no reply so I tried to go onto their website and it had disappeared. I contacted my bank and managed to get my money back. It was not much money but that is not the point! I wanted the item and I did not want to be messed around for three months. What a shame this company went downhill so badly.

Extremely poor/bad service. I made a number of purchases and did not receive all my good. They lie on the phone when you do get though.
I ordered items back in May and still have not received them. I have made a case with Paypal.
The worst service ever
The worst service ever! Waiting for my order for over 3 months taken my money and I can’t get through to them it’s shocking. They need to be reported to trading standards.
Really bad service
I was waiting for my order over 3 weeks. Try to contact them for a few days through email, Facebook and I tried to call them but they didn’t answer. After 3 weeks They send only a half of my order. Try to call them to get my money back for the rest of my order but I can’t contact with them till now. They still own me money!
Find an alternative - save yourself the stress
Ordered online to be contacted next day about a 2 week delay - not a problem. 5 weeks down the line, unanswered emails and messages and an answer phone system that is full so unable to leave a message becomes very frustrating. In the end I searched for alternative contact details and received a refund via their accounts department. Disappointing and pathetic lack of customer support.

Good prices let down by poor service
Good prices let down by poor service. Emails not answered. Shipping time is long and random even when they say the item is in stock. We have had to cancel orders and source elsewhere as we needed tools and could not get any idea when they might arrive.

Been using Mastool for quite some time & decided it was time to leave a few words. They are always able to advise you fully on what you need & the service/pricing is spot on. Would recommend using them as well as their other company Mercer & sons.

great customer service from the Mastool team. It can be disappointing when your order is not in stock when, but the Mastool team have kept me informed throughout about stock levels and delivery times, a very helpful service which is not provided by most of the tool providers out there. would definately use these guys again.

Half of the stuff in their website is out of stock but it shows they do have it. When you order you usually wait 7-10 working days until you receive it. Avoid at any cost.

Item I order was delayed because the did not have any stock in when order. For late delivery they promise a festool bit holder. I still have not received it.

Great Service from the guys at Mastool - (Mercer and Sons).
Ordered Sunday and received main items on the Tuesday.
Slight issue with listing on website of the sanding pads, but let me know first thing Monday and went straight to Festool to get them delivered to me within the week - and a larger pack than i ordered too! Only small thing but left me with a great impression and will definitely be ordering from Mastool again.
Highly recommended!
