Great quality and service
The quality of the jacket is absolutely lovely - lots of compliments received. Surpassed only by the lovely service and ease of exchange when the sizing wasn't right the first time around.

Fantastic customer service
Wow what a fabulous brand to deal with. I had to exchange my original order and swap for a smaller size, but that didn’t bother me as the customer service was a 10/10.
Highly recommend this business to buy from.

I ordered the wrong size and was desperate to get the right size delivered By the following day . The staff member I dealt with was amazing (damn I can’t remember her name )
She sent the smaller size out to me the following day and because it was the weekend was happy to wait till Monday when I could post out the dress I needed to return . I couldn’t of kept both as far as she knew but she trusted me to send it back no questions asked . Amazing customer service
