Help in case of warranty
quick decision for a defect on my 3 week old Mate brush wich suddenly startet working without touching it. Caused lots of confusion at night.
Mate without discussion sent a new brush and did not even ask to send the other brush back. This was quick help and very customer friendly. Thanks for this. Hope now, the new brush will stay a bit longer :-)

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was prompt, friendly and extremely useful. This is why it's so important to invest in a quality product like a mate toothbrush because when I had an issue with my mate, the customer service resolved it immediately. As for the toothbrush, my teeth have never been cleaner, I love it, especially the design, which is minimal and elegant.

Nice product idea - but maybe I just had bad luck
I loved the product idea and the design. And it comes in a handy carrying case for when you're travelling. The toothbrush felt good (in the hand and in the mouth) and I really liked it. Until it split down the middle after about six months. Mate sent me a new one without hesitation and the customer service was really friendly. So here's to a new one! Unfortunately, the toothbrush stopped working after about 5 months. This time it was a technical fault. I have to say that I was using it as a second toothbrush for my girlfriend, so its use was rather limited.
I have not seen any similar reviews here and therefore assume that I was unlucky. My best wishes to the Mate team for the future!
