Delivary was months delayed (more than one month after the latest delivery time they provide on website which is already very long).
Qality is bad if not terrible if you consider the price. Squares are uneven and do not like in photos on wesbite. Colors dull. One of the squares at the end is completaly off and it is the first thing you notice when you look at it. I would not recommend buying from this company. At least not the carpets.

don't trust the delivery date
very nice rug but unfortunately got delivered 4 weeks after the established date (pre-ordered item). I had to reach out multiple times to their customer service, and at least they were nice enough to answer. They were supposed to deliver the rug to my place, but instead they left it in a Pakkeshop. not sure if I would buy again...

Months and months of delay and they steal your money. After months of delay they offer you to cancel your order but after cancellation they won't give you your money back. Just thieves.
Matias, you have pretty designs but with such (non-existing) customer service you are worthless. Shame on you.

Hi Pk, you're welcome to give us one-star if you are unhappy with the service we've provided. But please don't say we steal your money. When you pre-order you pay up front and then wait for the product to be made. You can always cancel and get your refund; Which you did and we refunded.
