We moved to Matrix after having a bad experience with our last provider. Harry was very helpful taking into consideration all of our business needs, and ended up being the most competitive price of all providers we contacted. Harry helped make the switch a very smooth process, despite our old provider doing everything they could to make it difficult.

Harry has always been easily contactable & has gone the extra mile to help us when needed.

Our business has recently started to liaise with Richard Lawton at Matrix Connect. Richard has helped set us up with the transfer of our company's mobiles & ipads. The transition was really very easy and he made the whole process stress free. Our new mobile phone bills are at a much better rate. Richard has been extremely friendly & helpful. My company have recently started using Matrix who set us all up with one mobile phone network and it has made the process of dealing with our mobile phone bills and payments so much much more efficient and convenient than using different network providers. They have very friendly and helpful staff who made the changeover from our old providers to our new one so seamless. I would highly recommend using them if you plan on providing your business's staff with work mobile phones and need a convenient and easy way of going about it!

My wife needed a new phone urgently and found the advertising of different units bewildering. Matrix were contacted and Their lady representative sorted everything. She quickly established the necessary criteria and cut through the techno-babble to match device, plan and my wife - then sorted all the paperwork, issued a new sim and progressed the delivery of the phone to our home.
