I recently bought a car through one of Matrizauto stores, and one of it's sellers, Mr. Fábio Covas, was an amazing source of not only knowledge in the industry but also extreme sympathy and helpfulness, not only on the sale itself but also explaining every single piece of information for post-selling.

I am very satisfied with the car I ended up buying and it was none other than through the help and professionalism of Mr. Fábio that it was such a great experience.

I know for sure if needed, I'm going to be contacting him and Matrizauto again.

I bought used VW TCross. The car is like new.

Manager Tiago Poletto in Olivais helped me a lot by guiding me through the process of buying the car. He gave me all the information I needed to know about the car, about the process, etc. The process was actually fast I think: it took less then a week to bring the car from Portu to Lisboa. In the meantime Tiago helped me with the credit documents, insurance and gave me car documents (like car's certification, details about the warranty). Tiago answered quickly and was always on time when I visited the office.

I bought the car on the 5th November.

My experience was fantastic, thanks to Inês Coimbra, the agent who helped me with my purchase. She was very kind, patient, and never pushy. Inês showed me all the options that matched my budget and gave me clear, honest advice that helped me choose the right car for me. It was a smooth and enjoyable buying experience from start to finish.

My Portuguese is not great, so I’m sorry it’s in English, but I feel I would do an injustice if I didn’t praise Bruno Ribeiro! He was amazing. Not only was he patient in explaining everything to me, he was also very proactive in ensuring that my needs were met. If any expats are looking for a car in the Braga area, I 100% recommend getting one from Matrizauto and working with Bruno! (His English is better than my Portuguese). Thank you very much for your service. It has a good level. The only thing that disappointed a bit that I had to come 4 times for different reasons before we closed the deal. It takes a long time to process a deal, maybe it is normal in Portugal. For sure you will be the best if you could close a deal in one week. Maria worked great and she tried to explain everything that I asked. Some questions stood not answered like the history of the car and I had to request a third party to give it to me. Definitely I will recommend your service, let’s see, if the car is a really as good one, as you said. Thank you.

Andre Dias was very knowledgeable about all the cars and helped us narrow down our choices. We ended up with a 2022 Nissan Juke that we absolutely love! The buying process was easy and not stressful!

I visited Matrizauto, Porto to purchase a Nissan Leaf with my wife. Ricardo was assigned to the sale and was excellent! He was polite, friendly and helpful, keeping us well informed throughout the process. There were a couple of issues, meaning the first car was not suitable, Ricardo arranged another car, which was perfect, it took some time and it was missing a charging cable, but all issues were resolved eventually. Overall great!

Joao was patient, spoke great English and listened to our needs. He found us the exact type of vehicle we needed and at the price point we wanted to pay. His communication throughout the buying process was clear and concise. I have no regrets and look forward to annoying him with more questions later! Thanks again Joao and outstanding performance.
