When I purchased my car from Santogal Mini they immediately made arrangements to have it financed by BMW. I did and then two months later I decided to pay it off in full.
So I contacted Santogal to find out the payoffs amount because BMW refused to give it to me. I got the amount and made the payment in full. After that BMW has refused to transfer the title. I asked Santogal for their help and they refused. So now I have hired a lawyer to get my title and it costs me a lot of money Never purchase a vehicle from Santogal if you expect them to stand by you when you need them.

I took my car in for minor repairs that would have taken max 4 days, 6 weeks ago. Every day a new excuse why I can't get my car. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Dishonest, shady business practices.
Sell a new car only to find it damaged o delivery.
They agreed to fix only to then charge over 600 in hidden 'rental' fees for the free loan car they offered.
Hard to believe this is an authorised Volkswagen dealer

Terrible experience. They sell a car with a full warranty that then does not cover defects that you purchased the car with, because they claim it is "wear and tear" as you've now driven the car more than a certain mileage, which was never clear up front. Also don't believe their service center's estimation at how long they need to keep your car for...apparently resetting the android auto software is an extremely complex process that takes at least a week once you've handed the car in...
