Communication good. Package tracking as well. I ordered a Barbie that was sold out everywhere. They offered it after paying a membership. I risked it. They sent me the doll. I ordered on May 13 and the package arrived on May 28. Lucie from the Czech Republic

I bought a fang club membership to have faster access to Monster High reproductions. I ordered the doll a few minutes after the premiere. it's not enough that it showed me the payment status as pending for a long time, even though they took my money twice, but they finally canceled my order after over a month, writing that they no longer had this doll in stock. be careful if you don't want to waste your money

Beware people DONT BUY AN RLC MEMBERSHIP! This is probably one of the biggest corporate scams out there. I bought a membership so I could buy my first rlc car. Was super excited that the skyline was coming up for sale. I live in alaska and work nights but I woke up after 4 hours of sleep and waited until the clock turned to 8am not even 1 second passed I clicked purchase. It made me wait 10 minutes to purchase for some reason. It told me I was in line and not to refresh the page. After waiting the 10 minutes it restarted the timer for another 10 minutes for some reason. At the end of that 10 minutes it told me it was sold out. This website is not for real collectors it's for scalpers that know how to bypass the wait times somehow. This was disappointing to say the least. Worst part is when I called immediately after wards mattel creations did absolutely nothing to help or remedy the situation. Beware its not worth the membership. Honestly this experience make me think I'm going to stop collecting or buying anything from mattel.

Ordered the Eternia playset on day one and have been waiting for almost two years to get it, but it never showed up and I was never informed due to MC putting the wrong infos on the shipping label.. And it was sent back to MC because I never reacted ( wasnt given any info) and an employee just cancelled my order without any solutions to the issue... All the time it has been out of my hands and the playset was pulled right under my nose... I mean it is not just an action figure but something big... MC don't care about their fans and those who support them.. They don't even deserve one star...

Absolute scammers. I joined the Fang Club to stand a chance of getting the Addams Family set. They were literally sold out the second the "buy" button appeared at 5pm BST. Yet somehow non-members can try again same time tomorrow. How is that NOT a scam? How is it even legal?

As far as I was concerned I was paying a tenner for 24 hours advance on non-members. I didn't even get half a second.

Last money Mattel ever gets out of me, & I'm a collector.

Worse is still light word to describe them they are much more worse then honesty I didn't find more worse word in the dictionary to describe them I order May 23,2023 first time and received June 06,2023 however came in worse condition packaging was pathetic due to that damage on of doll I take picture same time and send email never received response However I let it go (when 1st order had bad experience why order again LOL) More worse happen again on 2nd order that placed on July 09,2023 two items alone with paid two membership didn't receive any information about shipment after two weeks placing order just received one massage through email after 3 weeks approx. one of item not available keep waiting after one month transaction cancelled on credit card automatically when fund didn't pick up called credit card they said transaction cancel if fund didn't pick So I email them two three times August 0,2023 because Month passed I don't want anything cancel order as well membership fee which I never used will never because of worse experience No response transaction was cancel credit card customer service told me so I forgot about order but One day August 24,2023 I saw charged again on credit card I was shocked because transection was cancel so how come they take money because the know credit card information and send order however they like they never refund membership fee which never used send one item only on August 29,2023 almost two month I blocked them forever

They don't give a s***for there customers. All of the sudden they don't ship out of the US. So now all of us out side of the US can't ues the membership that we paid for. It a joke we can not get a refund for the membership.

I requested to cancel 3 days after placing the order, which was due to be shipped in 3 weeks. I get a response of "we are not able to cancel orders once they are processed".

"Processed" is not defined in this case, and my order was only "Confirmed" state. I followed up stating this, to which I get a response of:
"I’m so sorry to hear that your order has not been shipped yet. After review, I see that your order has been released to the warehouse and is being prepared for shipment. I kindly ask for your patience, as your items should be on their way to you very soon!"

That's interesting, so my super delayed item is now almost ready for dispatch? I follow up asking to cancel before the item is sent. Then a couple hours later, I get a "Your Mattel Creations order is on the way!" email and the item has a tracking number. However it is only a "Label produced" state, so we will see if this is stuck for 2 weeks like originally communicated.

All of this is highly suspicious, almost at an attempt to invalidate my chance to cancel the order.

Biggest joke company ever, because of the captcha failure, i didnt get my porsche outlaw. And now they arent shipping to denmark for some reason.. mattel, you are starting to lose all of ur collectors from Denmark.

I placed an order over 3 months ago. It has not arrived and over the course of time I haven't been able to get any valid update on status.

I reached out to them again & finally got an acceptable explanation & so have updated my rating

Hiccup with international shipping, but the issue got resolved eventually.

Decent customer support.

It is the worst customer support that I have ever experienced
After they have sent me a broken Product I contacted the Consumer Support.

Their first answer is quick with an (what I suppose) automated Email and then you are in the Trap Loop.
You reply again with details and they just send you an automated Reply that they haven‘t heard from you so far and will close the case after 10 days.
You can answer as many times as you want, you will get the same message again that they haven’t heard from you and then they close your case!!

Hands off Mattel!!

I purchased the superbowl little players and fan last year. I got a person with the wrong superbowl on it and found out it was a major mistake the company made. I asked about getting the correct one and was told they would contact me at a later time. Now they have said that they will no longer honor their product due to to much time passing. This is after months of emailing trying to get help. They have zero customer service. Place will mess up order and then wait you out and say to much time has passed. Never ordering from this scam place again

Love the direction Mattel is going with these WWE retro action figurines. I have no issue receiving my packages and always in mint condition. Thank you for your awesome products. So happy I left EE Distribution for Mattel Creations. Total opposite. Better service and don’t have to worry about receiving damage inventory. Looking forward to see what other surprises Mattel has in line for collection.

RLC Member for several years. I understand the that some items are limited runs and often become "Sold Out" before you can even add the item to your cart. However the recent poor business practice they are using allows you to add the item to your cart and when you try and pay for your order you get stopped by the CAPTCHA to verify you are human which appears to be riddled with programming bugs. This should be done at login (maybe) and once payment has been chosen and needs verified.

This is the second time I have tried to buy something on the website in the past 3 weeks and have been stuck "verifying" and then "approved" only to get redirected to do it again and again and again! This is NOT how verification works.

Once I finally gain entry, the item I had is sold out.

Since they charge an annual "Club Membership", this is disappointing and unacceptable. I have asked for a refund of my "Membership" and would not recommend Mattels products or services until they can learn how to conduct business in the 21st Century.

Chose this product and company because I had a 20% off promo code. Added it on, discount applied, but after ordering the site kicked the coupon off and charged me full price. I contacted company, they said verbatim, "It may show that it applies to the order while you’re in the process of
checking out the order, but when the order is submitted, it will not be applied." By the time they contacted me with that information, the order had already shipped so I requested instead to just initiate a return since I could not afford full price. I was even willing to pay return shipping. Company said the item was final sale, I sent a screenshot of their return policy directly from their website which allowed for the return of an unused item within the time period I was working with, they said it did not apply to that item and that there was nothing further they could do. I can
provide a full email thread with all of these details if needed.

Awful service. Husband ordered dolls before Christmas that were in stock. No shipping notification or tracking. Been waiting weeks. Chased Mattel Creatins to find out that they are now not in stock and won’t be coming. If we hadn’t chased they would have kept the money and dolls. Worst part is dolls are still in stock and able to purchase on the website. Still waiting on our refund!

I received the order 2.5 months late and on top of high delivery costs I had to pay for extra customs. The sweater I ordered was poor quality and didn‘t line up with the measurements in the size guide. Neither a return, nor refund was possible.

I highly recommend to choose any other website!

Ordered well over a month ago order was supposed to arrive 12th December and contacted numerous times and they didn’t help at all. Christmas present ruined as not here now!!!

Be very careful when ordering items as when I went on to the site it took me to the uk website which was fine as I live here it says that you pay £9 for delivery and customs and taxes have been included in with the price

Well guess what it is now with customs in the uk awaiting charges to be paid for by me have messaged Mattel a few times but have not received nothing as yet I will update as to the outcome

Update FairPlay to Mattel told them all the duty and taxes I had to pay and are refunding back within 7 days still waiting have had a reply now they are sending me a cheque which will take 6/8 weeks to arrive not happy as I’ve had to pay out quite a lot of money for duties and charges,please be aware will keep you updated
